WE ARE ON THE BEACH, NOT ACROSS THE STREET. Princess 804 is located in Panama City Beach , Florida on the East end of the beach! Very quiet and VERY family friendly!

This beachfront condo is located on the 8th floor and comes with all the amazing sunsets you can handle! Let yourself go and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer! The large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen are all tiled and have seating for everyone. Don't forget, you are directly on the beach and just steps away from the ocean or the beachfront pools!

This spacious condo sleeps 10 people comfortably. The unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper . This Panama City Beach condo features a 65" Smart TV in the living room as well as a recliner for that much needed relaxing time! Don't worry, there are more TV's in the bedrooms for the kids to enjoy! Every bedroom has an adjoining bath, so everyone will have plenty of space.

Watch all the action from the fully stocked large kitchen that is open to the dining and living areas. This is open plan living at its best! There is a separate laundry room with a laundry sink, a full-sized washer and dryer and more than enough room for all your beach toys.

The gulf view is magnificent across the entire front of the condominium. You will feel like you are indeed in paradise the minute you open your eyes and are able to see the emerald green waters, against the baby blue sky.

Pier Park has opened in the heart of Panama City Beach, many shops & restaurants have opened as well. It's a fabulous place to eat, shop, play or relax, only 7.5 miles from my condo. Have the best vacation ever by staying at the quietness and luxury of the Princess but have only a short distance to travel to Pier Park or the St. Andrews State Park. Everything is easy to get to from Thomas Dr. so that you miss the bumper to bumper traffic on Front Beach Road.

The Princess Condominiums have only 74 units in the entire complex. Parking is never a hassle, and chairs are always available at the three pools - one indoor! There are three elevators, and there is never a long wait. Other places can't compare to the elegance and serenity of the Princess and the east end of Thomas Drive's non-congested area. Your family will be overwhelmed by the beauty and tranquility that only the Princess can offer.

Truly the *BEST* stay in PCB!

Everything about this listing was 100% correct! The unit was beautiful, super clean and had everything you could possibly need for a week in PCB. We have zero complaints. The property was beautiful and well maintained and our property managers were absolutely wonderful. Make sure to check your VIP envelope upon arrival so you don’t miss your free tickets for the Sea Screamer! Our family had a blast!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property managers communicated well and were great to work with. The condo was nice and clean. No long elevator waits and all elevators were working. The condo came with a beach chair rental which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we appreciate that it was marked off for the Princess guests only. It kept it quiet and not busy which was so nice! The enitre property was quiet, nice, and clean. We had a great week :)

The unit has a great location and the view is amazing. 3 rooms and 3 restroom a win win for our family. Great size for every single room. All clean when we arrived. The communication with Jen the manager, was great, very responsive. This unit has direct access to the beach and 3 pools!!! (One indoor) another win win! We will come back for sure 🙌

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The view from the balcony was awesome. You could hear the waves and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset. We had already left and my son forgot his favorite blanket. We went back and the cleaning crew was nice enough to let me in to get it. I really appreciated that! We would definitely book this condo again! -Heather

Best condo I have ever stayed in

I hate to give too good of a review on the off chance that it becomes too popular to book in the future, but this place was amazing! The property managers were super nice and very helpful, and answered my million questions with no complaints. I vacation a lot and this was the easiest vacation I have ever had because of them. The rooms and beds were super nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, even a keurig and a regular pot which was nice. Very nice views from the balcony and a pretty good sized one! The elevators were nice and fast, the game room was nice, and the other game options were nice too! I loved the location of this condo as it was on a quieter side of town with hardly any traffic and still plenty to do in the area. The only 2 negatives I could say, is for this particular unit, the washing machine was out of balance and would shake like crazy and was super loud, didn't effect our stay though. The other is the pool, I am not sure who maintains the pool at this complex, but there was something in the water that made all of the girl's hair an absolute mess, made it seem almost bleached, and brittle and straw=like. Still haven't got it back to normal after a few treatments. But that is unrelated to this particular unit, and I loved everything about this place otherwise!

Perfect for families!

This was our first trip to Panama City and we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. This Condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! It’s perfect for families and even has extra cots for larger parties. The owners/ hosts kept in contact in the event that we needed anything. Beautiful Condo, Great Stay

Recently spent a week at this condo for a family vacation. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beach at this complex is perfect for kids. There is an extended shallow area and the water was fantastic while we were there. We did actually cook several dinners in the condo. The kitchen was supplied with all the pots and pans we needed. The dishes and glass wear are very nice. The complex has 3 pools, one is an inside pool. Three elevators and plenty of carts made checking in and out easier than any place we have been before. Jennifer and Donna were super nice and easy to work with. Any issue or question we had we taken care of immediately. The condo owners provide complementary chairs on the beach and that’s a great perk! We also had packet of coupons for pizza, the Screamer and Mini golf. Just the screamer tickets saved me 52 dollars. I really appreciate that. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.
