This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located just steps from the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of Navarre Beach and is right next door to the Sea Cottage. Centrally located and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants too. Beach access just across the street!

Enjoy a late night movie on the large flat screen TV from the comfy living room sofa or head back to your bedroom for a great nights sleep in the cozy queen bed. From the bedroom step out onto the north facing, private balcony and take in some fresh gulf air and sunshine. The bathroom, with walk-in shower, is located in the hallway just outside of the bedroom for easy access.

We needed a late check in and the process was super easy. It is cozy so we were a little crowded with 2 teen boys but it would be great for couples or a family with a small child or two. Still way more space than your average hotel room and you have a kitchen and laundry room.

My daughter & I stayed here for a softball tournament. Easy location to get to the beach. Unit is stocked with anything you need. Super easy to check in & enjoyed our stay. Make sure you check out the cute coffee truck just down the way.

Spring Break in Navarre

We were very comfortable in this super cute and clean condo. Its location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and fun activities. We definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a quiet and relaxing stay in beautiful Navarre. We plan to book this affordable condo again and again!

Anniversary Trip

Love the central location and ease of getting to the beach. Beautiful property that met every need. One suggestion would be for the area where the water hose is located: stepping stones or a concrete pad/walkway would be nice. Once we rinsed off our chairs and legs, we tracked grass back onto the deck and front door of our property. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate.

Weekend Getaway

Had a Awesome, was very close to beach. The only thing we didnt realize it is a Upstairs from the business office. Wasn't a problem. Bed was alittle firm. But all in all was a perfect place for a short weekend stay. Close to Navarre Pier went a few days for sunrise.

Perfection is all I can say!

Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for my husband and I was we chose this place as we wanted to get married on the beach and we were able to lit walk to the beach ! The view is great has a deck off bedroom and huge laundry room with washer and dryer fully stocked with all household items!!! We lit could live there! The bay is 1 way and the gulf the other you can walk to so many things!!! We can’t say enough and check in was 5pm but we got there at noon and they let us check in which was amazing and they gave us a awesome cooler with pen, post card deck of cards and rental brochures!!! I can’t recommend this place enough we will always stay here when we are in town.

Quick recharge trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Precious Little condo with a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the supplies we needed. Management company was very helpful. We checked in late and the codes were not working and they came over and resolved it immediately. Overall the unit was very clean. The floors could have used a good mopping, the dishes from the previous guest were still in the dishwasher, and the rug in the living area is rather stained. When I brought it to management’s attention upon check out she was VERY appreciative and apologetic. Our stay overall it was great! And we would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Excellent condo!!

Property was so clean. A/C was EXCELLENT! A fantastic amenity after a day at the beach. Came fully stocked with cleaning supplies, washer, dryer, everything we could need. However we didn't use anything except the Palmolive to wash dishes LOL They had TVs in LR and BR. Perfect for entertaining a feisty 3 YR granddaughter who was with us for her first time at the beach. We cannot find anything to complain about. Only "negative" (if it really is???) was the door the patio is in the bedroom and it is frosted but it does nothing to block out the light. So we had 630 AM wake-up calls. LOL I would just suggest a shade on the door for future stays, but it's really not a huge deal for me, I pulled the blanket over my head. My husband is the one it bugged LOL My granddaughter and I slept through it. (She can sleep through ANYTHING!). If you are looking to go to Navarre Beach and want a nice place to stay that is minutes from the restaurants on the mainland, and just a walk from the beach (30 second drive), DO NOT pass this property up!!!!!!

A New Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we were "hurricaned" out of Fort Myers Beach, we decided to give Navarre Beach a try. We did a search and found this little gem. Everything we expected and wanted. The number one criteria was met - CLEAN. It is small, but there were just my wife and I so it was perfect for us. Marla, Kathy, Nicole and Zack were great hosts! We had a beach access basically across the street and it takes 4 minutes to get on the sand.One factor we enjoyed is that Navarre Beach is much more laid back than FMB. A lot fewer people and the beaches are almost identical. The only negative I can think of is that the weather can sometimes get a little cool. Not the sunny and 82 like it is in FMB every day, but we had many days of 70's and a several days of low 80's. The other thing is that there are few choices for a drink and food in Navarre Beach. Since we brought most of our food and drink, it was not that big of a deal. Pensacola Beach and Navarre are not far away for many other options and activities. We had a nice stay at this Navarre beach condo. We have been coming to Navarre beach for years and love this area. This rental is close to everything and offers a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas for your stay ( but we did bring our own). The rental company is directly downstairs if you should have any questions. Our unit shower had the hot and cold lines reversed and they forgot to mention on the first night but they explained first thing in the morning and were apologetic that they forgot to tell us. My only suggestion would be regarding the master bed. It is very firm and not very comfortable but it was fine for the few nights of our stay. Otherwise, another great trip to the beach.
