The Space:

You'll be a short stroll across the road from the sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach at this sunny, well-appointed escape in the Gulf Island Condominiums. When you're not collecting seashells or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have access to a lovely pool and terrace where you can soak up the Florida sun.



As part of the Gulf Island Condominiums, this condo is beautifully positioned with a view of Santa Rosa Sound. You'll be across Gulf Boulevard from the beach and only half a mile down the road from the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and Sound Side Park.



Begin each morning outside on your private balcony, a wonderful spot to sip your first cup of coffee, take in a sweeping view of the sound, and make plans for the day ahead. Back inside, prepare breakfast with ease in a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance and a peninsula breakfast bar.



After a day spent at the beach, come home to unwind in central air conditioning, toss your swimsuits in the washer/dryer, and watch a favorite movie in the living room or bedroom. Additional features include a hallway bunk nook and complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, there were plenty towels, kitchen items, etc. The unit was very comfortable. The location between the Gulf and the Sound was perfect! Enjoy the Gulf during the day and the sunset on the Sound at night! We would definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for us. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The walk to the beach was short and the beds were comfy.

Quaint little soundside condo.

The condo was just the right size for our family of five. It was big enough that no one was tripping over another and small enough to still feel cozy. The walk to the soundside beach was quick and we had a beautiful view from our room. The sunsets were amazing.

Very dissatisfied with my stay. After checkin we notice pieces of tape on the dryer door. We later learned from maintenance it was because the dryer is missing parts so it won’t work unless you stand there and hold it closed. They never returned to fix it. I requested additional towels since the dryer was broken. They were never brought to us. The disposal didn’t work. The coffee pot didn’t work. There were dead roaches in one of the closets. I understand bugs are a thing in Florida but it would’ve been nice if they had been disposed of before we arrived. There is damage to the walls. One of the barstools was missing a footrest and two screws were totally exposed. The shampoo and/or conditioner bottles in the showers were empty. You can hear EVERY step and movement in the condo above you so we never got to sleep in because the guests were rather loud. Two days into our stay the air conditioner went out. I called management around 4:30 am to let them know the temperature was at 81 degrees. After I was asked to do some troubleshooting that didn’t work a technician was sent out around 4-5 pm that afternoon. By that time it was 84 degrees in the condo. Next time we will definitely be staying at a hotel instead!

The washer did have a smell; we could hear EVERY step taken in the condo above us; and our water was shut off for several hours one morning while maintenance was taking place elsewhere on the island. A neighbor told us this is common (happened to us last year while staying at a different condo in the same complex). Otherwise, the location was great and the condo was clean. Check in and out was easy.
