We enjoyed a well decorated and spacious condo for our trip. The pool and ocean were just steps away, making it easy to enjoy our stay. The master suite was large and had its own bathroom. The second bedroom was also larger than expected with a bathroom just outside the door. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a large washer & dryer. We had three large TVs with Direct TV and multiple streaming services available. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. I stayed here for a weekend with some friends, and everyone had a great time. The quick access to both the pool and the beach were amazing. Lots of fun to be had here and will definitely be coming back.

Comfortable & very clean! Love how close the beach access is to the unit. Parking is right next to the entrance to the building making it easy to bring in luggage and groceries. The family room is very comfy! You have a pool courtyard view and not crowded at all. Would stay here again for sure!

Cleanliness was very good. We appreciated Dog Friendliness very much! We were surprised and happy to have wifi, as I believe the listing said we would not. We did our best to show equal consideration by carrying for the condo as if it were our own, leaving it as we found it. All arrangements went smoothly.

We really enjoyed the location of the condo because it was LITERALLY steps to the beach! I'm not sure if it was a timing thing, but the beach itself was not busy, and the condo complex wasn't busy either. We were able to go to the pool, and it was very nice and clean. The condo itself was very nice, it had all the kitchen utensils that you would need if you were planning on making food there, and lots of towels. But we did have to buy dish and hand soap, and some sponges. We wish they had more hooks for bathing suits and towels. We noticed they had three over the door hooks as we were packing up to leave, so that's on us. I noticed there was mold build up on the vents in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. We didn't use the washing machine because we noticed mold. We also wish there could have been more trash bags available, or any sort of extra cleaning supplies, but we couldn't located any. We would book here again because of the convenience!

Thank you, Krysten, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location of the condo and found it to be a peaceful retreat just steps from the beach. It’s wonderful that you were able to take advantage of the pool and appreciated the kitchen amenities. We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies. We strive to provide a fully stocked home, and we’re sorry that we fell short in those areas during your stay. Your note about the hooks is also helpful; we’ll look into adding more for future guests. We take cleanliness very seriously, and we regret that you encountered mold in the vents. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we will address this with our maintenance team to ensure it’s resolved promptly. We’re glad to hear you would consider booking with us again, and we would love the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience next time. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Avari for your stay in Navarre.
