COZY 1 BEDROOM CONDO IN GARDEN CITY

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Probably the nicest condo I have stayed in at this resort. The views are always amazing but this condo was just special from the beautiful beach decor to the fully equipped kitchen. I definitely will be going back when I get the chance.

Clean Property and friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay at the resort and the property was very clean. I would recommend parking rules as the parking deck is very thight. My suggestion would be for large size XL vehicles to park at the lower levels. It was difficult to manuever pass large suv's and trucks when driving in the deck.Also yhe property should upgrade toa keurig machine. I brought kcups with me but the property had a regular coffee machine so we ended up spending money sy starbucks because we didn't drink the brand that was provided.Overall we still had a great time and we were cert comfortable. Can't wait to visit again.

It was nice.

Liked the area. Liked the beach! The important areas of condo were clean, obviously an older building. But it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a very long time. Marks on the walls, thick dust on the chair rails, corners. I didn’t try the garbage disposal since others said it was broken. My least favorite thing about the wholeplace was the parking garage! Very tight! Esp if you have a bigger vehicle. But overall we had a good time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing and the staff from Realty office was great! The place was nice but the tv wasn’t working well. Half of the tv was dimmed and is in need of replacement. Tv remote was missing and had to google where the buttons were to turn it off and on. It was not very clean. Had to Lysol wipe everything down. Dishes were dirty and some had not been washed and put back up into the cabinets. There was leftover grease of one of the pans. However, that was the previous guests fault for that one. We love Royal Garden and have stayed many times in various units. Will definitely come back but maybe to a different unit until some issues are addressed. I hate to leave a review such as this, but wanted to give realty company/owner a heads up. We always enjoy our stay at Royal Garden and highly recommend Seabreeze Realty.

The entry door was a little bizarre (at an angle which made bringing in luggage difficult). Kitchen could maybe use an update. Half of the elevators were broken. Little grill downstairs was nice, but wish there had been more nice restaurants close by. Generally, we really enjoyed our stay.

Royal Garden Resort 603 Vacation 2021

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Royal Garden Resort #603 for our summer 2021 vacation. The condo was clean and nice and had all of the amenities that we needed. The view from the living area and the balcony was breath taking. The location of this condo is fantastic. Our favorite restaurant is the Conch Cafe on the beach and it is in walking distance. My only two complaints are about the Royal Garden Resort facility and are the lack of enough working elevators and the parking garage has narrow parking spaces and driving areas and is a bit treacherous to park and get in and out of. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative, and we would definitely stay here again!

It was a different trip this year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip since Covid began and our first time staying in this unit. We have stayed at Royal Garden for several years. We had difficulty checking in because the lobby closed early and we did not receive any instructions for check-in. No one answered phone calls. Eventually we heard from someone and got into the unit. We discovered several maintenance issues that needed attention. They were eventually taken care of after a few days. There were issues with the elevators, but work was being done on them. There was also other construction on the property. Overall it was a good trip, a nice stay, and we are reserved for next year in same unit. At this point in time it is necessary to have patience and be considerate. Every business is short staffed. The owner of the unit had her email posted and I emailed her to let her know that perhaps things were not being take care of properly. She replied promptly.

TV in bedroom quit half through our stay, was not fixed.
