Enjoy beautiful sunsets in an end unit condo located on the bay. Lots of sunshine and the "martini dock" is steps away.

Main floor contains half bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and love seat and Smart TV with cable. Wifi included. Screened patio has couch, chairs and storage closet. BBQ located on outside porch. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom contains kingsize bed, TV and laundry room. Sliding glass wall provides beautiful views of the bay. Bath has shower/tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Second bath has a shower. Linen closet containing extra sheets, towels and beach towels is upstairs. Minimum 30 day rental.
