Our building is a 3 story building in the best location in the Promenade, Old Town Bluffton. The ground floor is retail golf cart sales. You will enter through a private entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. Each floor consist of a 2 bed room luxury condo with 1500 sq. ft. All interior doors are 8 ft and all interior walls are soundproof. Each condo has a natural gas cooktop. You are within walking distance to many fine restaurants and bars. The condo on the 2nd floor has 11 ft. ceilings with back lighting (this rental).

My sisters and I enjoyed a fun weekend together and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, well decorated, and clean. We will stay again!
If you are looking for an excellent place to stay in old town, Bluffton, close to everything and walkable, this is definitely the place. Not only is it a great location, but it’s an awesome condo and a definite five star.
We visited S.C to attend our nephew’s Marine Corps graduation at Parris Island and decided to make it a mini vacation. We stayed here again since we loved the location and apartment ( we previously rented this exact apartment on our first trip to Hilton Head a couple of years ago).
Large, clean 2BR that was very comfortable. Convenient location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only negative is some traffic noise outside until evening when the traffic drops off considerably.
The apartment was spacious and very clean with good amenities. It had some nice updates but the floors were a bit creaky. Loved the location, keyless entry and access to elevator. We made daily trips to the Corner Perk and had a nice breakfast across the street at Nectar. Parking was never a problem. Would stay there again!
My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation. The communication with the property owner prior to arrival was excellent. We received all the information we needed to make our arrival seamless. The property is located right in the center of Old Town & makes for easy walking to shops & restaurants. It's also an easy drive onto Hilton Head Island if your itinerary includes beach time. The only real challenge is that there is no dedicated parking for the property. Since it is located in a shopping & restaurant district, finding a space can be tricky, particularly on Friday & Saturday evening. However, it dis not deter from the overall satisfaction of our stay. We would certainly consider booking this place again!
We’ve traveled to Bluffton many times but this was the first time we’ve stayed there. We typically stay in Charleston or on HHI. The owner was very responsive. The unit was very clean. The location to Old Town Bluffton, shops, restaurants was perfect. Nectar is directly across the street, Farm is just around the corner and Bluffton BBQ (among other restaurants) sits directly behind the rental unit. What I didn’t know until we arrived was that we’d be on a 2nd floor with someone over us. I did know that we’d be above a business-but wasn’t expecting renters above us. This unit sits on the busiest street in Bluffton and backs to a parking lot that services restaurants, bars and shops. Traffic lessens at night but is constant throughout the day from 6am until midnight or so. There is not designated parking for the unit. Parking is first come, first serve in the business lot. We arrived at about 5pm on a Wed. evening. We did hear some noise above us when we first arrived but it subsided. Thursday from 3pm and until almost midnight-the walking noise from above was constant and stopped my senior father from napping during the day and interrupted our sleep at night. We could hear people talking and doors being opened closed. The floors in the units are hardwood and there is zero noise buffering. We were told the unit was quiet. Had to strip the linens prior to checking out-wasn’t aware until we arrived to the arrival note on kitchen island. Location A
Plenty to see and do from this location-stroll, sip, sup or see the May River. The pictures and description of the listing are accurate and the host is very responsive. Our VRBO experience in Bluffton was splendid.
This was a wonderful little unit, in a perfect location in Old Town Bluffton. The only glitch, just from a calendar mix up, was that the master bedroom, master bath, and kitchen had not been cleaned. Robert, the owner, was mortified to learn of what had happened, and immediately called his cleaner, Sujey, to come over and provide services. She was very prompt, very lovely, and was ready to come and clean as soon as we were ready to step out. It was all handled professionally, quickly, and Robert cheerfully offered to refund the price of the first night for us. It worked out great, and again - sometimes things happen, and it's more important how the owner and their contractors handle it!
We not only would, but definitely will, stay here again. Beautiful unit, upgrades all throughout, assistance very handy if needed, and right in the middle of Old Town. Great stay. :)
