Blue River Condo on the Comal

Our condo is located just a few blocks from the charming German town of New Braunfels and is just 3 miles from historic Gruene Texas. This beautifully newly decorated condo is designed to reflect the blue/green river colors which is located just a few steps away. Inverness complex is located on the Comal Riverbank which provides clean, clear cool water that stays at 72 degrees year around. This limestone -based river has been drawing tubers, paddle boarders, snorkelers, and divers for years. You can see the world famous Schlitterbahn park just across the street. We have all the amenities adults and children can enjoy. You can put your tube in the river at the condo's private park on the river and go tubing without waiting in rental lines and paying for transportation. You can easily walk to Schlitterbahn, Comal tube chutes, restaurants and nightlife located two blocks to downtown New Braunfels.
Inverness building has covered parking, elevators and luggage carriers to help move in and out. This condo features fully furnished two bedrooms/two full baths, comfortable living space, washer/dryer, kitchen and dining area. The common grounds have a large deck, river park, pool, grills, picnic tables and direct entry to the river.
