It was beautiful and clean. Suzanne was easy to reach. It also came with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry pods, which was very helpful.

Great location for our Comal river float! This is a second floor unit so be prepared to carry everything up stairs. Host was communicative and check in/out was fast and easy! Nicely updated master overlooking the river. Kitchen has minimal cookware so be aware when planning meals. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Suzanne was a great hostess, it was super easy to communicate with her, she was quick to respond even before our actual trip dates. The property was awesome, super clean, & spacious. We will definitely need to come back. We travelled with a 2yo and it was perfect for the size, area, & location. Gruene is within 15/20min drive, with plenty of dinner options places to grab a drink, etc. We opted to use The Float Inn for our tubing experience as they did not have any age restrictions. Floating the river took us 1.5hrs to the last public exit, which is right at the condo.Thank you Suzanne!
