Central Tx House and/or Cabin on 3 acres in the Countryside

House is - 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, sleeps 14, secluded country setting, awesome back porch, outdoor TV and speakers for tunes, wood burning fire pit, with view of wild life feeder and food plot, located on 3 acres, part of an 800 acre game ranch.

WE NOW HAVE WIFI INTERNET!!!! TV’s in the living room and porch are smart TV's and have many apps like Netflix and Hulu etc. so bring your login info - user name and passwords!!!! TV’s also have digital antennae for local channels.

Cabin is really nice and new. Cabin is not included in daily rate. Message me if you want to rent cabin also or only the cabin. Cabin alone is $100 per night plus $50 cleaning fee, or $80 per night plus $35 cleaning fee in addition to house rental.

House has wood burning fire place, flat screen smart Samsung TV, master bedroom has pillow top king bed and a single bed as well, master bath has large walk in shower with two shower heads and a large Garden tub, bedroom 2 has a pillow top king bed and its own bathroom, bedroom 3 has a pillow top queen bed and its own bathroom, bedroom 4 has two bunk beds (4 singles) and uses 1/2 bath and shares one of the other bedroom baths for bathing. There is also another sleeping room with a large couch and bunk bed (double and single). There is also an outdoor fire pit, we don’t provide firewood so bring some or buy local, Charcoal or wood smoker, 2 fridges, water softener, 2 washers and 2 dryers, property is secure with 8' game fence with gated entry. Living room has sofa, love seat and large arm chair, recliner, dining area seats 6, dining bar seats 3. House has a large back porch that is shaded in the evening and faces wooded areas.

For hot days we have a cowboy pool - galvanized 8' round tank - fill with cool pure well water - umbrella, couple of chairs - makes a cool experience for kids or couple. Please note - there is no typical in ground concrete and plaster pool.

You can take the kids bass and perch fishing on our pond that is very close by for free and is within walking distance. Bring your own gear.

Cabin - can be two twins or one king plus a large sofa, sleeps three, complete kitchen, bath, and porch. Cabin has TV with Roku for streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Fubo etc. or on air TV. Bring your login info so you can sign on to the apps.

Cabin is provisioned like a hotel room - so plan to bring you own needs for cooking, spices, oils, etc. Cabin has microwave, full stove and oven, double sink, and fridge

You can rent either or both. We'll only rent to the same guest at the same time.

We have a nice fire pit in the back yard with comfortable Pollywood chairs. We don’t provide fire wood, so bring your own or you can buy bundles at HEB, Tractor Supply, and Walmart in Columbus. There are times we have firewood, contact us and we will provide some at a reasonable cost if we can. WE also recommend starter logs to help get fire going.

House and Porch have speakers and there are two airplay amps for streaming your favorite music.
