¡Se han realizado renovaciones multimillonarias en Point East! Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que podemos decir eso, pero Point East se ve y se siente nuevo nuevamente. Se ha realizado un estiramiento facial completo a la propiedad y la piscina y el área de la piscina han sido totalmente renovadas. Se ve muy bien y ahora realmente le permite disfrutar de toda la propiedad.

El título lo dice todo. Estás literalmente a 140 pasos de la puerta de tu patio para tener los pies en una de las mejores playas del mundo. No tiene que lidiar con escaleras o ascensores mientras camina a lo largo de nuestra magnífica terraza de la piscina y se dirige directamente a nuestra playa semiprivada ubicada en el área de New Smyrna Beach. Siempre hay mucho espacio para que usted y su familia se extiendan y disfruten del sol y la arena.

Hemos redecorado por completo el condominio dándole una decoración temática de playa ligera. Sabrá que está en la playa, pero todavía se siente como en casa. Esto incluye la cocina recientemente renovada, abierta y eficiente que incluye nuevos electrodomésticos para su comodidad. Los mostradores de granito completan su ambiente hogareño mientras disfruta del tiempo preparando refrigerios, bebidas o comidas completas.

La ropa de cama ha sido renovada con un nuevo colchón queen en el dormitorio principal para mayor comodidad junto con una selección de almohadas para permitir una buena noche de sueño. Ponemos una nueva litera (full / twin) junto con una tercera cama doble en la segunda habitación para acomodar a familias más grandes o los niños y nietos que bajan.

Todos están conectados ahora y también te lo hemos facilitado. Hay acceso WIFI gratuito completo en nuestro condominio. Además, los televisores en la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen capacidades SMART, por lo que puede relajarse con sus programas favoritos de NETFLIX junto con el complemento completo de la televisión por cable después de un día de diversión al sol.

Hemos estado llegando a Point East durante casi 15 años y nos encanta todo el ambiente. El área de la piscina y la terraza hablan por sí mismas con muchos asientos, tumbonas y mesas para relajarse y disfrutar de la piscina mientras se encuentran a solo unos pasos más de la playa. Como nos dijeron antes de nuestra primera visita, "puedes ir a la playa o la piscina, a la playa o la piscina". Realmente hace un día fabuloso. El pabellón proporciona sombra y un maravilloso lugar de reunión para grupos y familias para reunirse.

The perfect spot!

We couldn't have picked a better place to get away for the weekend. The condo was perfect for our family -- the bunk beds were a hit!! The property was also amazing. The covered pavilion seating area was perfect for family dinners and the beach couldn't have been any closer. The owners were incredibly kind and made sure we had great stay. We can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We will be back. The first floor location made getting up and heading to the pool with our younger children so easy. The view from the poolside chairs was amazing. My husband and oldest son were able to easily enjoy fishing in the surf. Overall a great stay!!

Perfect NSB condo for an enjoyable beach vacation!

Great communication, location and complex! We had more than enough towels, beach items and general living items. The condo met the needs of our group and would not hesitate to stay here again as it was very well cared for and the ground floor access was ideal. Thank you Bill for allowing us to enjoy your condo and all it had to offer for our week-long vacation!

Loved Point East

This is a beautiful facility on an amazing beach. The property is pristine and the management is active daily keeping things nice for it's residents. The unit is within walking distance to some shops and eating establishments, was not at all commercialized, which we loved. Bill and Connie have a beautiful unit, beds were comfy and the kitchen was nice and well stocked with what we needed to cook. It was perfect for our family. Check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely be back.

Comfort and fun!

We had a fantastic trip at the condo - it was super clean and welcoming. Bill was over and above helpful for our small family. There was plenty of room for our family of 3. Easily accessible beach and great pool. Dollar General across the street as well as 711 and ice cream! First floor was a huge help. No stairs. Easily walked to and from beach/pool all day. Quiet complex- family friendly. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Plan to return!

Home away from home

This is the second unit we have stayed in at point east the first time was on the 3rd floor. And let me tell you, the ground floor is where it’s at if you have kids!! Steps away from the pool! So easy to get back and forth. The condo has everything and more that you could need for a family. The kitchen is fully stocked. Beach toys and chairs in closet! The furniture is comfortable and clean. My husband said “oh that’s a napping couch” and naps we took! There is no ceiling fans in either bedroom but we found portable fans in the closets. For us we like that sound and extra air flow when we sleep. And they had a solution for it! Everything was clean and the place smelt like new! I’ve already been looking at dates to book this unit again! Oh and I just love the staff at this condo! It’s very personable and friendly not like some of these huge condos.

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful stay in NSB! The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed! It even had beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Loved having a 1st floor unit. With kids running to and from pool it was a life saver! I'd definitely come here again!

Family get together

Rented this for my kids, grandkids and I to get together and the facility was great. Our condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The owner kept in touch. Grandkids said best vacation ever

Easy access, nice furnishings

We loved it! The ground floor was very convenient for all of us, especially my 3 year old grandson. Easy access to the pool and beach was great. Condo had everything we needed and was beautifully furnished.

Better then I could have ever imagined!

From the moment we walked thru the door, the place was very impressive. Everything was so clean!! Everything was well stocked from the Kitchen to linens. The owner stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was up to standard. I did not have to contact management at all. Thanks Bill for a fabulous vacation..Can't wait to come back.

Great Place

This is our second time staying at Point East, first time in this unit. We really loved it. The owner was accessible and made our stay great, we even added an extra day. We already setup to stay the same week next year. We met so many families that have staying here the same week for 10, 15, 20 years and more.

Perfect Vacation Spot in New Smyrna Beach

First of all, I want to thank Bill for his awesome customer service during our booking process for his condo. It was effortless, and he deserves an award for attentiveness and for making sure his guests are happy and taken care of. When we arrived at the Condo, they were gracious enough to allow us to check in a little early and when we walked in it felt like home. Extremely inviting and clean! Everything you could possibly ask for and more. The condo was decorated with charm and very spacious! We were extremely happy. Only steps away from the pool and beach. Our kids (7 and 10) were even telling us they loved the condo and want to come back! Everything was stocked for out stay - towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toiletries, kids beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. Anything you needed was there. We enjoyed the more peaceful atmosphere around the property and never had any issues with anything. We arrived on a holiday, however parking was not an issue. We were always just a few spaces away from the condo. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shops and really didn't need to go anywhere else. I will recommend eating at Norwood's for good seafood, The Garlic for great Italian food, Manny's for pizza and wings, and C's Waffles for breakfast. All of these are within a few blocks to a mile or so from the condo. All excellent! We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are planning on coming back in the fall. Bill was a gracious host and answered any of our questions we had. He gave us suggestions on things to do in the area and was very helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone we knew. You won't be disappointed!

Lovely condo.

The condo is great. Love that it’s on the first floor. Easy especially when you have little ones. Bill was amazing, he communicated each day with us and told us what was expected. The condo is fully equipped with anything you might need. The beds were comfortable, the bunk bed is squeaky but to be expected. Really the only thing I can suggest is upgraded bath towels and even that is just a stretch. Anyone would be lucky to book this rental!!! Arnie on the other hand comes off real rude. Wasnt available for us to check in. We made sure to leave right at 10 for check out and we can hear him and other workers saying the property didn’t have to be cleaned cause in coming wasn’t coming till eight. My son was playing with an inflatable ball and made a point to tell us no balls in the court yard because the hurricane proof sliding glass doors would break. And that they were 5000 dollars. I understand if I had a baseball but an inflatable ball?! Mind you this comment has nothing to do with the condo or it’s owner but Arnie is the property manager and doesn’t go out of his way to make us feel welcomed.

The perfect spring break accommodations.

We’ve stayed at Point East before but the first floor accommodations of 118 was just the best. We have two children (ages 6 and 8) and they loved the proximity to the pool and beach. Beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs provided by the owners were perfect and the bunk bed sleeping accommodations made it possible for my mother to join us as well. The kitchen was great and we were even able to cook Easter dinner with enough dishes for all. We will be back!

Bill and Connie are from Lexington, Kentucky. We're both professionals and Connie owns her own business. Our daughter graduated from the University of Kentucky and is now grown and is a PA. This is our first property and we're happy to share it with you.

After coming to Point East for so long, we know you'll come to love this place as much as we do. As we were buying, another owner here said you'll find ways to sneak down here, just for a weekend. He was right, and thank goodness for Allegiant Airlines! When we're not down here for a week or a weekend, we'd love to share it with you.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We started coming to Point East back in 2004. Our new neighbors here asked us to join their group during the 4th of July weekend. It turns out that Point East has a Kentucky takeover that week as our group is large and keeps growing. We looked at buying here about 10 years ago, but the timing wasn't quite right with a tween age soccer playing daughter at that time, but we kept coming annually. Now our daughter is grown and this opportunity presented itself and we jumped on it. Why here? Let's put it this way, our daughter says she wants to be married on that beach. How can a dad say no to that?

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Point East is really a special place. It's not like the huge developments you see up and down the beach. After a multi-million dollar facelift and reconstruction, our little gem really looks and feels great. It's quaint and convenient with the common courtyard, pool and pavilion allowing groups of friends, both new and old, to come together. When our friends were convincing us to come the first time she kept saying, "You can go to the beach or the pool, the beach or the pool" After that sell job, we've been hooked ever since.
