We loved our condo! Very clean and welcoming, everything we needed was there! The place was exactly like the pictures we saw on VRBO. We will definitely be returning again!

Place was very clean and the view is amazing. Spent a lot of time on the patio. Beds were comfortable. All the essentials were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was wonderful. The best part was how close you are to the beach. Loved sitting on the patio right in front of the beach. The stairs down to the beach are right there as well and so is the pool. Loved this place so much. It was for my 60th birthday and was the most beautiful and relaxing vacation. There are so many great restaurants close to the condo. Right from the patio you can see the sun rise and also rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Had no idea there are so many’s launches. I definitely will be back to this place.

Great oceanfront unit in NSB

We loved our stay at this property! The unit was very clean and recently renovated. Communication with the host was easy and clear. The unit is ocean front in a very nice condo complex with a pool that is also adjacent to the beach. We thought New Smyrna Beach was a great town with the perfect mix of a small town feel with enough restaurants and activities close by. We were in town for a music festival in Daytona, and NSB was an easy 30 min away. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Point East

The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. Walk out the patio and the ocean was just steps away. The only thing thing we didn't like was that there was no washer/dryer in the condo and in order to avoid laundry charges, 24.00 a load you had to do laundry. But otherwise it was a very nice clean unit.

Beachfront Condo - Gorgeous View

Michelle and her mother Gayla were pleasant, kind, and helpful to work with. The unit was well furnished: extra blankets and beach towels. The central courtyard area with pool and shuffleboard were very inviting, but we weren’t able to enjoy them since Florida was experiencing a few of the coldest days on record when we were there. We will certainly consider staying here again. We stayed between Christmas and New Year’s Day in 2022. The only downside was that damage from the two hurricanes had destroyed any nearby direct beach access to go for a walk on the beach.
