This is a fantastic property. We stayed here with our two small children and found the complex to be very family friendly, clean, well-kept, and accessible. Similarly, this condo has been recently renovated and is very well apportioned and decorated. We will be back!

Perfect holiday getaway with my parents.

Very clean & perfect location to wonderful restaurants & grocerie store convenience. A short stroll out the patio door to the beautiful, non-traffic side of NSB! We were extra lucky and got to see a rocket launch out of Cape Canaveral from the condos beach front!

Fun with Childhood Girlfriends

The condo was perfect for our girlfriend reunion. The location was great as 2 were in wheelchairs but were able to get around with little effort. It was a great place for 4 75 year olds

Great Stay

A comfortable condo with 1st floor access. We had a little trouble “checking in” once we arrived with access codes but Jennifer got back to us within a few hours. The rest of our stay was great and we are looking forward to booking another stay again in the future!

Perfect NSB Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated- Serena and Lily decor vibes throughout. It was VERY clean when we checked in. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the primary bedroom! The grounds were well maintained. Communication with host was great!! One of my favorite stays in NSB so far, will definitely stay again!

Okay condo

Location and grounds were great and ground floor was very convenient. I am annoyed that there was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one garbage bag for our week stay. The beach umbrella was broken and the 3 beach chairs were terrible. The coffee machine was dirty and there was hair on the shower walls. I will stay at Point East again, but not this condo.

Private and Comfortable

This was our first time in New Smyrna Beach. We chose this location to be near the ocean and close to Orlando. The condo was well furnished and perfect for a family of four. My kids (14 and 17) enjoyed their room with the twin beds. The bathrooms were nice and recently updated. The kitchen was a bit small but worked fine for us. The walk out was very nice as you step right out to the pool and ocean views. Access to the ocean was right off the pool and on a section of the beach non accessible by vehicles allowing more room to spread out. The drive to Orlando area theme parks was easy and roughly 1.5hrs each way. And only 30 minutes south from Dayton Beach. Groceries, restaurants, and other necessities were only a 5-minute drive. We were excited to learn that the room came with the use of beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Parking was located right out our front door although the road can be a little noisy at times. In the end, we thought the condo was perfect. We hope to return soon!

Our family has been in Florida for generations and has always loved the beach especially sleepy New Smyrna Beach. We have been staying at Point East Condos for years and love it there! The complex if welcoming, relaxed, very family friendly. We hope you are able to make family memories there just as we have! Enjoy our little slice of the sunshine state!

Why they chose this property

We love the first floor because of the ease of access to the pool and beach. The non-drive beach is a must for our family as it allows us to enjoy the beach without having to worry about the kids looking out for a steady stream of cars. We also love this location because it is the first condo on the non-drive beach and gives us easy access to all the action on the busier drive side if we want it. The condo is also within walking distance to great food and family fun.
