This is the front half of a duplex with private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There is on-street parking with space to park off-street with coordination. The neighborhood is very safe/quiet where I know my neighbors. There are parks and bars walking distance, as well as a train station downtown 1 mile away for the ambitious walker. I am just over an hour drive from skiing and close to Red Rocks, Broncos Stadium, and downtown. This is a great spot to get into Denver and the surrounding areas!
