Seacrest in Gulf Shores located directly on the beach along the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. Your private balcony delivers front row views of the sparkling emerald water. Prime location on scenic West Beach. Only a short drive to many attractions and walking distance to a convenience store & restaurant. Low-mid density complex directly on the beach and close to town!

Seacrest 405 is a 1BR/1BA, 4th floor vacation rental situated in the middle of the building. The elevators (2) are easily accessible, just outside the entrance door. On-site amenities include a gulf front pool & hot tub with cobblestone pool deck. BBQ grilling area. Pool side restrooms available. Pool Fobs required and located in the condo.

This direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with modern decor. Updated furnishings throughout including two side chairs and Capri sofa in the living room, bar stools, upgraded vanity in bathroom, and glass-top oven. Master bedroom now has blackout curtains. The private balcony, accessed from the living room, is spacious with plenty of seating. BBQ grilling area on-site. Cooking in is a breeze in your well-appointed kitchen with all appliances. Enjoy all the conveniences of home including a washer/dryer.

The thermostat allows cooling to a minimum of 70 degrees; heating to 74, system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

Lounge indoors to watch your favorite show on either of the (2) flat screen Cable TVs, 1 Blu Ray DVD; 32" TV in the bedroom and new addition 55" 4K UHD Flat Screen Smart TV in Living Room - stream Netflix using your account!

Enjoyed our stay overall. One of the smaller complexes we’ve stayed at but we loved the ease of parking out front, steps away from the main entrance, and easy access to the room and the beach, both benefits of a smaller complex. The furniture was beginning to show some age and there was a large hole in the balcony wall where the railing attaches which was a little concerning but don’t think it was structural. The AC worked great in the main living area but was maybe a tad warm in the bedroom. The bathroom was a bit cramped but was functional. WiFi worked well and the ocean/beach view was amazing. The pool was refreshing too. Not a 5 star but still a solid choice when visiting the gulf coast.

The cracked stucco area you noticed on the balcony is cosmetic rather than a structural concern. We're looking forward to the HOA getting that repaired, as we know it's not the prettiest sight! We think this is such a sweet little getaway for couples and small families, and we truly want every guest to have a 5-star experience. Great for small family

My family enjoyed our stay and the condo was a good size for our family. We loved that the beach was not crowded and we never had to wait on an elevator. We would stay here again.

we loved the condo, it was a little small but it was perfect for us and it was very clean and the view from there was beautiful. pool was clean. i would definitely recommend this place if there is just a couple people staying there.

Great location, easy beach access

The property was as described. Easy walk to the beach with no stairs. It was easy to get a good spot on the beach at almost any time of day. Overall condition of the property was fine for the price. Highly recommend walking to Waves, Beach House, Island Ice Cream, and S&S Seafood.

Great Location

There were no lines for the elevator. The beach wasn’t crowded. Shortest walk I’ve ever had to said beach. All local attractions/restaurants were 15 minutes or less from the condo. Everything was super convenient.

Spur of the moment get away

We came for a quick get away and had a great time. The condo is in a great location and is really close to the beach. The main bed was comfortable but the bunks seemed a little short. Our teenage son slept on the pull out which was pullout comfortable but he didn’t mind! All in all it was a great place to stay.

Hangout stay

Closet door in master hanging off, very noisy vent in master, screen door to balcony very difficult to open and shut, very slow tub drain. A little smaller than expected. Perfect location for our trip needs.

Simply call us for any maintenance items experienced during your visit so that we can take care of the drain and balcony door. It can take several weeks for a review to be seen in the busy season. Looked just like the pictures

Loved staying at Seacrest 405! Super easy access to beach and chair service if you want it. Our section of the beach seemed less crowded, which was wonderful! The AC works great! The kids said the beds were very comfortable. Ours was too. Amazing view! Looks exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

Gulf Shores 2023

We had an awesome stay and pretty much everything was great! The condo was very clean and cutely decorated with a great view of the ocean! The beach wasn't too crowded and we enjoyed many dolphin sightings during our stay. The patio furniture was perfect for all of us to be able to sit outside together for meals or just enjoying the view and sound of the waves. 🏖
