Avenue Plaza Resort vacation rentals

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's place during a visit for the Super Bowl. It is spacious, clean, and right in the middle of the Garden District.

It’s always crazy at Mardi Gras, but the staff is incredible at handling the chaos. Accommodations are nice and the kitchenette is just what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay. Can’t wait for next year. R&R Suites, the VRBO Team that I rented from, was fantastic! We were taken care of the minute we walked in the doors.... staff was amazing and our room was extremely clean and very well kept!

This hotel was located in a great area--good local eating spots, nice walking areas, easy access to the streetcar and away from the hustle and bustle. The entire staff is really great--very attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained, secure and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We would come back to New Orleans and would definitely stay here again.
