Gorgeous 5 Star! Oceanblock Midtown condo directly Across from Convention Center

Thank you for taking interest in our beautiful fully remodeled one bedroom, one bath condo that is just a few steps away from the beach! It is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, crab houses, deli's, sub shops and lots of bars. We are directly across the street from the Convention Center which is great if you have an event there but even better for us sun worshippers because our beach is never super crowded!

With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, 2 large Flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, poly deck set and off-street parking available for one car, who wouldn't want to vacation here!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

Everything was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for a short beach trip. The location was great as well, very close to the beach and in walking distance to plenty of food. Gina was proactive in letting me know about a last minute issue with the electronic lock and was able to get me in easily with an alternative method of unlocking the door. Would stay again if I needed a place again in OCMD, thanks!

Lovely Condo. What’s not to love? Exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Steps to the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants and the boardwalk. We enjoyed relaxing outside on the deck with a glass of wine while looking at the ocean after a day at the beach. Gina was an excellent host. Very communicative and accommodating! The best unit we have stayed at in OC.

the sweetest little condo in ocean city! there was plenty of room for storing everything we packed, well stocked with all your needs, very clean and organized, perfect location and can see the ocean right from the balcony and only a short walk to local restaurants and activities on the strip. plenty of parking and loved their list of favorites for restaurant recommendations! out of many stays in ocean city over the last 10 years, this was by far our favorite. Gina was a phenomenal host from start to finish. we will be back!

I love the sun, my daughter loves the surf shops, my son loves to boogie board and my poor husband is usually making sure everything is working and perfect for our renters!! (He does get to enjoy it too) .
