The Goose Bay Cottage

Come relax at The Goose Bay Cottage situated in a woodland setting. The open floor plan allows the cook to be part of the action. And, when not cooking in the kitchen you can grill on the deck. There are decks both in front and back of the cottage.

For enjoyment you can fish and swim right off the dock or take a cruise on your boat out to the St. Lawrence River Main American Channel or Main Canadian Channel with views of Deer Island, Bolt Castle, Millionaires Row and more.

This unique vacation home is built on solid rock indigenous to the Thousand Islands region with historic foundation beams restored from Syracuse University’s former Archbold Stadium. Conceived by a visionary designer and builder this custom home features high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, interior balcony, spiral staircase, solid oak floors among many other custom features. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to experience your vacation in this architecturally and historically significant home.
