April in Orange Beach at Phoenix VI

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Condo was perfect, view was breathtaking, surrounding area was convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping and beaches. We'll be back!

Annual anniversary getaway

I am a bit fearful of heights and was concerned about being on the 6th floor but felt very comfortable from the first step into this unit! Very nicely furnished.

Great stay in Orange Beach

We had a great time! Nice pool with great beach access… Beautiful views from the balcony. Nice clean place with all the basics. Would have been nice to include dish soap, toilet paper etc to support our 8 day stay. Great clean place and would recommend for a nice beach vacation!!!

Great two weeks with friends

This condo was so comfortable and in the perfect location with everything we needed. The unobstructed view of the beach and ocean are perfect. We didn't want to leave.

We had a blast on our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean. We would stay at this condo again. We went to Mikes steak house, Dicks and Lamberts they all had great food. This was our first time to Orange Beach and it was beautiful there. Great Beach and excellent condo.

Good place to stay

This is a great place to stay if you dont like big crowds. All the staff was very friendly. We did not get to check in until around 5 pm and that was a little upsetting and the only other issue we had was we xould not sit on the balcony at night for a long period of te due to the people below us smoking weed. Other than that we had a great time in a very clean room

Great Place

We stayed here for a much needed vacation from life. This property was perfect for our needs. Location was close enough to shopping and restaurants, but provided all the comforts of home if we wanted to stay in. This condo provided a great view of the ocean and the pool, but was high enough up that you couldn't really hear the people at the pool. The decor was beach themed, and there were a couple of framed art pieces that I would have liked to take home with me (I didn't!) The staff at the check in desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Mixed feelings

The unit was small, but the beach and area are awesome. There were several small items missing from the unit when we arrived (such as dish towels, toilet paper holder, etc.), but the rooms were clean and attractive. The parking at night was a hassle (lack of spaces), but the facility has plenty of elevators. Checkout is mighty early (10:00 a.m.) for people to not be able to get into their condo until 4:00 pm. So, my review is mixed. Definitely will be going some different route next time.
