Hermosa casa recientemente remodelada de 4 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicada en el nuevo desarrollo de Station Street Cottages, a solo media milla de la hermosa playa de Port Aransas. Cottage se encuentra entre dos carreteras principales de acceso a la playa y está a poca distancia de la playa, ya sea en carro de golf o en automóvil. Una de las 8 hermosas cabañas con un área de patio privado que conduce a una piscina privada / área de recreación y parrilla ubicada directamente detrás de la cabaña. Las ventanas del salón de la cabaña dan a la zona de la piscina. 2 pisos, dormitorio principal / baño Queen con ducha abajo y 2 dormitorios Queen Size arriba y también una habitación con literas con dos juegos de literas. Gran baño doble lavabo con ducha grande en el piso de arriba. Lavadora / secadora de alta eficiencia de tamaño completo. Cocina con todas las comodidades incluidas, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, ollas y sartenes, platos.

Duerme 10 cómodamente. Excelente ubicación cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados. Estacionamiento para 3 autos en frente de la casa. NO APARCAMIENTO EN BARCO. Esta casa NO es una casa que acepte mascotas.

It was okay we had bugs in the kitchen area and the place was not very clean... clean to eye but I picked up the coffee pot and toaster and it was so dirty. Had a few issues in the pool area with a tent and people being loud after hours.

It was just right for six adults and three children. Had everything we needed, but nothing excessive. Everything worked as it should--appliances, locks, utilities, etc. We plan to return, hopefully.

The house was everything we needed for our family vacation. Sometimes at night it was an issue because we had babies that went to bed and people didn't abide by the "quiet after 10:00" rule. It didn't bother us that they were out there but they were young and hollering. Our house was right beside the pool so we could hear everything. Other than that is was GREAT!!

Beach Time

Property location is amazing! Quick trip to Brons and shopping and a short golf cart ride to Crazy Cajun and Fisherman’s Wharf. Easy access to the beach also.

Great accommodations!

Condo is conveniently located, spacious, clean and comfortable! Parking is ample, we had 3 small cars and could still fit 2 small golf carts behind the cars and stay within our designated area. Pool is nice, would love some shade over it though! No problems! We will book this again!

Week of 5/31/22 Roaches…

We had roaches in the downstairs bedding the first two nights. Not just like “oh look there’s a roach in here on the floor” but waking up at 3am to a roach crawling across your skin…twice. The coffee maker had pink mold growing inside of it, and the microwave didn’t work. During our stay I left a voicemail and sent an email but still have not received a reply or call back. This was my second time to rent this house and other than that it’s really not a bad place to stay, but I’ll probably be looking for a different house with a different proprietor when I come back next month.

Amazing weekend

We had a really awesome experience. The location was perfect just down the street from the beach and surrounded by all the local bars and restaurants. I definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay!!

Really well planned out cluster of beach houses. Well maintained and furnished, very clean. Great pool area. The pool is smallish but plenty big for children and sitting on the side benches with a beverage. Would highly recommend for families.

Amazing house.

I expected to have to clean something, expected to find something off. But no. It was 5 star hotel clean. It was so spacious. We had 9 people in our group. The pool right outside the window is the reason we chose it as it was perfect for the kids. Always has hot water and cool AC. Thanks so much.

Great Vacation Home

We loved this house! It was the perfect size, very clean, well stocked and the pool was very nice. The only downside is the parking. They should definitely have a place close by if there are more than 3 cars but that wouldn’t stop us from going back!

This was the cleanest place very roomy it had everything we needed to cook with. My family loved it. The pool was an added treat for my kids and grandkids. We loved the fact we had a grill just for us. Very well set up and very well maintained. I would give this a 10 star review it was that awesome. Not to far from the beach and not to far from shopping. I would highly recommond this place for everyone. The bedrooms were all a good size and loved the walk in showers. What an awesome place to stay and very beautiful.

Fall Weekend Getaway

Overall great property. Comfortable and cozy. Although the upstairs room that faces the pool also faces some street lights and other lights across the back that are on all night. The room needs blinds or shades, we had to go buy masks to sleep. Other waist it was missing toilet paper in one bath. You could be a little more generous with to when people are staying more than one day, None of the rolls were full rolls in ant bathroom. It also would be nice if you raised the trash bag amount from 2 total to at least 1 per day. Luckily, I had read the info and brought extra but it seems some consideration should be give to increase these two items.

Dirty and not kid friendly.

I’m so sad to have to report that this home was filthy. It looked like a great rental and in theory, met all our needs...however upon arrival it became very apparent that the unit did not receive the attention necessary. The cabinets, counter tops, and floors all had food splatter and crusted debris; the light switches were also very dirty with grime and food particles, the air vents had black dust and perhaps mold on them and lastly the sheets had already been slept in...they smelled and had sand and food crumbs in them. It seemed as though the entire unit had not been cleaned. I spent the entire first day (5-9pm) as check in was at 4pm, cleaning and washing linens. If you have little children, do not stay here...the stairs are very difficult to manage and very steep...even for physically fit adults. Very disappointed. I even attempted to reach out to management. Twice. And never got a response. We will not be returning to this home, nor would we encourage anyone to stay here until some major changes occur.

Average Island Property

Great for families with older kids, not great for babies - rooms are very small with no room for a pack and play or portable crib. The sink broke while we were there but maintenance was out within 30 minutes. Lots of bugs and roaches inside but I assume this is normal for island living with all the rain? The house smelled a lot like mildew. Washer and dryer upstairs across from the kids room was nice. Pool area was clean and convenient.

Another great Port A stay

This is a great property. We picked the house based on location and were very happy with the property as a whole. The house has plenty of room and we loved that we could see the kids in the pool right out of the living room window. We only had one problem with the kitchen sink and the property maintenance guy was very timely in getting it fixed. Out of all the properties that we have stayed in Port A, this one is our new favorite! We will be back!
