Garbage is picked up on Tuesday mornings! Plese take trash and recycling Bins out to the curb on Monday night or Sunday any time.

Great stay in daytonia fl

The property has everything you need there also pet friendly. Lovely place to stay, close to the beach and several restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and safe to go walking.

My stay was perfect! The duplex was very clean, walkable to the beach and the bed/pillows were super comfy! Slept great, had everything close by and happy there was outdoor patio furniture to relax in. My duplex neighbors on the other side was a family from Canada and they were so nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We loved the location. The duplex was very clean, homelike and just perfect to easy access to food, beaches and shopping. Owners very nice and communicative. Best place I’ve stayed so far and I work monthly in that area. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our duplex - had very good neighbors which helped a lot! The fenced in yard includes where you are parked which is excellent. Plenty of kitchen items, towels, etc

Wonderful Retreat by the Ocean

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely clean and inviting. The property is a short walk to the beach. Aurelia communicated with us in a timely manner to make sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment

Perfect getaway by the beach

This was such a cute place and it was maybe a 2 min walk to the beach (straight across A1A). If you are people that enjoy cooking, then you will be happy to know that they have basically anything you could think of to make a delicious meal, including a grill. There is a nice size fenced in yard for your fur babies to enjoy. I can’t wait to stay here again!!

Great stay

This was our second time staying in Mr & Mrs Marin's property. It was excellent. They are very easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is quite. The unit was clean and stocked with everything that was needed to make your stay comfortable. It is very convenient to restaurants, the grocery store and only steps from the beach. As an added bonus, we got to see one of the Space X launches sitting on the patio as it cleared the house across the street. We would stay here again.

Clean and home-like

It is amazingly well cleaned and well maintained- better than I expected. It is ideal for families with kids, with a fully functional kitchen, stool for bathroom and shower with hose. The table is a good size, and there’s a large outdoor table as well. The kitchen had all the little things that you need but can’t pack. I would definitely stay here again. Mostly though, it’s was the cleanliness. Thanks!

Track day

Brought a 24’ trailer with track car for a track day on Daytona. Cars across the street made it tough to get in an out of gate but the concrete driveway and gate/ fence provided a nice safe place to put trailer out if the way after I was finished with track day and wanted to roam the area. Central location is awesome.

Perfect home away from home!

We were pleasantly surprised how cute and comfy this unit was for my husband and I, and the huge fenced yard for our little dog was perfect. We really liked the fenced privacy for our car as well. They have everything you need to cook in if you want and all the chairs and towels needed for a day at the beach, which was accessible right across the street! It’s a quiet area away from the main Daytona drag but close enough to be in it if you want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in town visiting our son at college. Thanks Aurelia!

Steps away from the beach

We stayed in unit 2 for a 4 day weekend in August. This was our first time visiting Daytona Beach. The location was great, as it was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Our dog was also very comfortable in the home and it was nice to have a large yard for him to play. The neighborhood was also nice for his morning walks. Some of our favorite spots we visited were the dog park by the lighthouse, Off the Hook for fresh oysters, sunset dinner at DJ's, the views from the top of the lighthouse, and of course relaxing on the beach. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and the unit is well-maintained. We would stay here again.

My husband and I are retired professionals and have 2 married daughters and 5 grandchildren.
We love to take the grandkids to the beach as much as their time allows.
We like to spend a lot of time on the beach- go for long walks or biking early in the morning. Love to lay down by the ocean listen to the waves and sunbath in the evening.

Why they chose this property

Location was the biggest factor in our decision to purchase this house. It is located a very quiet, safe and only steps to the beach.
Another plus is the fact that when sitting on the porch having dinner or a glass of wine you can see the beautiful building located directly on the ocean, giving you the feel like you are in a resort area with total privacy!

What makes this property unique

The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and is only 3 Minutes walk to the largest Beach in the world!
The property is completely fenced in with a top of the line Aluminum Front Fence and Gates very easy to use.
Enjoy the evenings having a drink on the porch looking at the beautiful building on the beach while the kids or pets play safely inside the fully fenced in large property.
