The view from the condo balcony is worth the trip alone! The clear blue water of Lake Dillon surrounded by picturesque mountain vistas is breathtaking! Beyond the view, each season offers unique opportunities. Located in the heart of Summit County ski country, snowy downhill and cross-country ski adventures turn into hiking, biking, and horseback riding in the warmer months. Explore the trendy boutiques, outlet shopping center, and restaurants for every taste. There is definitely something for everyone!

This condominium consists of 1,132 square feet of space. The entrance is heated and provides a secure area for ski equipment. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed adjacent to a ¾ bathroom. The second bedroom has two full-size beds adjacent to a full 4-piece bathroom. A queen-size hide-a-bed is located in the living room for extra guests.

The combined living and dining area has a vaulted ceiling that lends to the spacious atmosphere of the unit. A gas fireplace set in floor to ceiling stone adds ambiance and warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped with new microwave and glass cook top range. A large island provides extra seating and space for food preparation.

The condominium includes a washer and dryer, parking space, single garage stall, and gas grill on balcony.

The complex has a separate clubhouse with heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

Summit Stage offers FREE transportation to all ski and shopping areas, and stops at the east entrance of the condominium complex.

The condominium is located on Highway #6, two (2) miles east of the Dillon/Silverthorne exit #205. Keystone is approximately ten minutes away while Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin are about 20 minutes away.

Amazing views! Very nice condo! Larger than it looks!

Rented this condo the second week of March. The pictures do not do this condo justice! The condo is right off of the reservoir a couple mins from downtown Dillon. 2 parking spaces, one in a garage and other outside. Separate hallway before you walk into the condo for skis and snowboards and equipment storage. The condo is much larger than the pictures posted! The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a gas grill on the deck which looks over the reservoir. Temp was great on the deck 40-60s. Great views of the mountains! Bathrooms great too and same with the pool, hot tub and Sauna. 10mins from keystone, 15 to A-basin, 25 to breck, 20 to copper, 30 to Loveland, 40 to Vail. Great location and stay! Would definitely rent again!

Great location in Summit County

This condo is conveniently located near Keystone Resort. It is just a short ride to the resort or Dillon for shopping and dining. There is a bus stop across the street that will shuttle your group to Keystone. If you don't want to wait some of our group used Uber.

The interior gives you the feeling of a mountain cabin. This is a top floor unit so you won't have anyone above you. There is a thermostat controlled gas fire place to keep you warm. One bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other has two doubles and a full bath. The couch folds out and there was an air mattress available. It is very roomy with a nice kitchen. Check the cabinets before shopping for spices and other items that may already be there. You can choose to park just out front, in a reserved garage space or both if you have two vehicles. Open the curtains in the living room to see great views of the lake and enjoy the large patio.

Our group of 6 adults was very comfortable staying here. It's a quick ride to Keystone and only 20 minutes to Breckenridge. If you want to be a little out of the way but still close to everything this is a great location.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME AND MORE...

Dillon is one our very special places during the summer months. My husband and I have rented in the Dillon area for the past five years looking for the perfect accommodations to suit our comfort and activities. Eureka! We have finally found exactly what we were looking for in this rental property. The location is centered around major grocery stores, other shopping needs, boating activities, fishing, biking, etc. and free entertainment at the amphitheater. My husband and I enjoy sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view over the lake and sunset each evening. It is breath taking. You won't be disappointed with this premier property, and the owner is a delight to work with. We also would like to mention having a private garage is a big plus for security reasons and weather protection.

Great Mountain Rental

My family and I have rented this condo a number of times. It is a very spacious and comfortable stay. Great kitchen! My family has many food allergies which requires us to cook most of our meals. The kitchen is very well stocked to accommodate that. Plenty of space for my children to play. Very close to Dillon and Keystone. Easy parking available. Fantastic views. The patio faces HWY 6 which means there is a bit of road noise while sitting or cooking on the patio. The rest of the condo resort has been very quiet when we have been there. The owner has been very pleasant to work with. She has been available to talk on the phone even during our stay when we have needed something. Great get away.

Great Condo with a fantastic view

This is one of the best condos we have stayed in on our many trips to Colorado over the years. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The kitchen was nicely equipped with many utensils and the cupboards were well stocked with cooking staples. The condo is located in a quiet area near Dillon directly across the street from the lake, so there was not a lot of traffic coming and going in the development. The location made for easy access to the trail to either bike or hike during the warmer season. The Summit Stage stopped at the entrance to the development a short distance from the condo door. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores were located nearby. The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation to Summit County.

Super rental!

Great condo! Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, clean, and spacious. Perfect location for enjoying the hiking and biking trails through Dillon, Keystone, Breck area. Easy access to Summit Stage bus route. Looking forward to staying here again next year!
