Glad to hear "Everything's Good" but I am curious though, If everything was good, why only 4 out of 5 Stars? What do I need to do to improve to 5 Stars?

Sorry to hear our house did not meet your expectations however I need to point out a few items. As far as having trouble with the one (1) step into the property and the one (1) into the elevator there is an approved aluminum wheelchair ramp for this purpose just inside the coat closet next to the front door. As far as the elevator itself being "tempermental" I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. I have a current maintenance contract with a local elevator company and it is serviced twice a year. As far as the bedrooms not having any chairs, i am sorry you found that inconvenient but the bedding in all the rooms is top of the line and purchased recently. The bench in the master bedroom was put in there for exactly what you used it for, not to sit on and that is to put luggage on just like the type you see in hotel rooms everywhere. And you are correct in saying that there is no closet in that room but if you open the door there is a 12' wide x 8' high double door closet for hanging cloths as well as shelving for any other clothing type items you may have. And last but not least, when you say that none of the bathrooms had sufficient towel rods I'm not quite sure what you mean. The MB bathroom has 2 towel rods on the entry door and 1 on the shower door as well as 1 towel hooks on each side of the toilet and another hook to the left of the door for a total of 3 and also 2 smaller towel rings next to the sink for hand towels. The other smaller MB bathroom has 2 towel racks and 2 towel hooks and the 3rd floor bathroom has 1 towel rack and a 4 level shelf to put toweling on. Perhaps I could look into installing an additional towel rack on the inside of the door if needed. And last but not least, the "Personal" items that are left all over the house including "food, toilet articles, and sports equipment" I'm guessing you're referring to the condiments (Salt, Peper, Ketchup, Mustard, Syrup, Snacks ect, ect). I leave them in the Cabinets so guest don't have to run to the store to purchase these items for a 2 or 3 days stay. I also supply paper towels, paper plates, trash bags, ect, ect, ect, and even K-Cup coffee pods and a few bottles of wine in the fridge as a welcoming gift if desired. Sorry you found this an issue but I've gotten many of great reviews thanking me for making these items available.

Thanks for the kind words. Perhaps you can make it back this way later in the year. The Fall Striper run can be better than the Spring. Looking at the Calander, there are still many weekends open.
