Empress 703, located across from the beach in the Miramar Beach/Destin area, is a beautiful Gulf view and lake view vacation rental condo that features breathtaking views from all common areas and all three bedrooms. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze. Empress amenities include a pool and hot tub overlooking the lake and two grills.


This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental condo in Destin, FL sleeps a total of 12. Upon entering the condo, you will find one of the living areas that features an HDTV and its very own private balcony overlooking the lake. The other living area also features an HDTV and a private balcony, but with stunning views of the Gulf. These two separate living areas are great, so adults and children won't have to fight over the TV. One of the living areas also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer.


The master king suite has an HDTV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the beach. The master king suite's private bath has a his and hers sink, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a suite and offers a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, an HDTV, access to the balcony, beautiful views of the beach, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is a guest room with a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, an HDTV, views overlooking the lake, and an attached bathroom. Also, if you need to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation, don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach condo sleeps a total of 12.

Reviewer Comments: This 3-bedroom condo in The Empress was super spacious and so reasonably priced. It has two large living rooms which was great since we had the two toddlers with us. The large kitchen table accommodated all eight of us to eat at the same table at the same time. Two large balconies were nice, one overlooks the beach and the other overlooks the pool and amazing lake. The location of the condo was perfect for accessibility to stores, shopping and restaurants. We love Miramar Beach in the Destin area. I would certainly rent this condo and in this complex again.

Was given the wrong access code to get invehicle entrance. Didn't get the correct one til late second day. Coffee pot didn't work but mgt company delivered one right away. Website said 2 chairs and umbrella including dead in rental. Was told they should be in the condo they weren't but they delivered next morning but the wording made it sound like the ones on the beach. Kinda chintzy for such an upscale condo.

Beautiful time away

The view was outstandingly gorgeous.. the sunrises and sunsets were just breathtaking and every night and morning were so different and unique. The outdoor patio lights did not work at night- which was disappointing. We put in new light bulbs, but they didn't come on. We spent a lot of hours out on that patio! also- the kids wanted to watch some dvds- but the dvd player in both living rooms was jammed/ broken. they ended up having to watch in the bedrooms. There was plenty of room for us on the beach (I realize it was off season) to set up our own umbrellas and chairs so we didn't have to rent. We were slightly frustrated when we arrived that we coulnd't get in right at 4- you have to wait until the housekeepers are done- so anytime between 4 and 6 they let you in. Our fault for not understanding quite right! But after driving all day it was hard to wait and get back in the car until we got the text. The staff was a little rough around the edges dealing with that misunderstanding, but I can't blame them! We didn't want to leave and wish we could have extended our stay. The two living room spaces were lovely, and we used the back deck to put all the beach gear so it didn't dirty the house. Overall we had a wonderful time- and hope to come back to this unit!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great week overall in Destin and enjoyed Empress property as a whole. However, unit 703 needs some serious works. The unit requires a deep cleaning (air vents had mildew and furniture was very dirty), the kitchen was very ill equipped (unit sleeps 12 plates for 10 and only a handful of bowls), the vacuum doesn’t work either.

Miramar beach

Great location, easy beach access, limited parking during high season. Great space in condo, loved the kitchen amenities. Beach umbrellas all broken, one dirty comforter in master bedroom but enough other blankets to make do. Loved the washer and dryer, bathrooms, balconies, and desperate living spaces. Would definitely rent again.

A Great Place To Spend Time With My Family

There is plenty of space for everyone. Having two living rooms was something that is hard to find. I've never seen such large balconies in condos. There was one oceanfront and one overlooking the lake. When at the condo; I spent much of my time on the balcony overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. The elevator was right outside of our door and was shared with only one other condo on our floor. You can't get better than that. I only have a couple of negative opinions about the place. I knew that there was a road between the condos and the beach. What I didn't realize was how busy the road was. There is constant traffic and is very noisy when sitting on the balcony with the ocean view. I was also disappointed that they couldn't let us purchase an extra parking pass. With us traveling so far; we had to drive three vehicles and had to park one on the street all week. The parking lot was about half full the whole time we were there. When loading our vehicle to get ready to drive home; I ran in to a very rude worker. I had put my luggage cart in the wrong place and he came running out the door hollering at me. I tried to apologize but he continued to want to argue. Wasn't a very good way to end a stay at a beautiful condo. We are used to always staying close to the Harbor in Destin. We chose this property because of the size and price. We were all disappointed with the area and congestion. There were no seashells to be found. Next year we will look for something closer to Holiday Isle.
