Super nice

Everything was in excellent shape and decorated so cute. We were very happy when we arrived. Just be pre warned there are a lot of stairs! If you have mobility issues it might be a problem

Great location, but

Property was in a great location. It is a well decorated home with a lot of stairs. The beds are okay. My biggest problem with this property was the ants. I feel like I spent most of my weekend cleaning them up, and continuously cleaning so they wouldn’t attack all of our food. The upstairs bathroom was also covered with them. They also have a very bad water problem. The whole ocean facing wall to the property has water damage. When it started raining the interior windows looked like they had a faucet leak. When you think about it everyone knows what is behind that water problem. It very unsettling. I had little response from the management property.

lots of stairs to bedrooms and unit … 88 yr old grandmother struggled so we had to get her an expensive hotel room for 2 nights (last min graduation) booking

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay!! The place was nice and clean and well stocked. My only complaints would be that the ceiling fans are only operable with the lights on. It was a hot weekend and kinda hard to sleep with the light on in order to be able to cool off. And no portable fans provided.

Great location & cozy townhouse

We stayed on July 31st until Monday. The place is a great location a short walk to restaurants, shops & to the beach. It’s a cute & cozy place for a small family with beach theme design. We love the breakfast bar & brightness inside. The check in process was easy & the staff was nice. We called to fix the lighting in the living room because it was out & it was a quick response. The only downside is the floor was not clean. I sweep up about 12 dust pans in the kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms. There were sand & pet hair everywhere. My younger son is allergic to dogs so he had a reaction the first night. I sweep, vacuumed the whole place, the couch & just wiped everything down. When we came in there were some crumbs on the chair so whoever the cleaner was before we came in did not clean & the person who stayed before us had pets which the property said no pets. The pets there wasn’t a concern. The cleaner did not do their job especially if we are being charged a cleaning fees. Other than that we would stay here again but will make sure the place is completely clean. It is a great location.

Prime location

Unit was clean and conveniently located to the beach. Management was responsive to problem with a TV issue not working in the upstairs bedroom which ultimately did not get fixed ( a cable box issue). Overall, the stay was excellent

Great Cozy Place

Key pick up was super smooth. Unit had everything for a nice couple nights. Very clean inside. Shower was outstanding. 5 minute walk to all the main st. action. Nice to have reserved parking spots.

Pismo Beach Get Away

I'll make this review as simple as possible, 1. Check in was super easy, the property management company made things simple. Show up, grab your key, done. 2. Condo was really nice. Well kept and relaxing. It was a great location and overall very clean. 3. The master bedroom bed was terrible and left our backs in a lot of pain. Beds are really difficult to find something that is universally great for everyone. That's next to impossible to do. But with this bed you sink right into it. There's no back support at all so that was a bummer. 4. We rented this condo because of the huge tub to relax in. Unfortunately the drain was clogged and tons of hair and gross stuff kept coming out of it. We spent 20 minutes digging hair out of it. After that dark chunks kept coming out of the drain so it was too gross to sit down and take a bath in. Overall it's a great place, if the bed was more comfortable and the tub drain was cleaned out this would be a pure win and I'd stay there again. I hope they can at least deal with the tub.

Perfect Stay

Great place, very clean. The listing says it has one bathroom, but it has 2 full bathrooms. Has everything you need to cook, and do laundry if needed. You are a turn away from the freeway entrance and it is walking distance to the beach and plenty of shops/restaurants. You get an assigned covered parking space. Plenty of towels if you forget yours. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Place for 2 Couples

Nice clean and comfortable condo close to the pier and shops. Two bedrooms upstairs with nice beds made for a nice stay for our two couples. Master has its own bathroom and second bathroom is downstairs. Kitchen, living room, and balconies up and down are all nice and provided a relaxing space when we were spending time there. Condo was well equipped and property management was courteous. Covered parking for two vehicles to boot.

Beautiful!

This place is beautifully decorated, clean, new kitchen has everything you would need, bathrooms are beautiful too. The beds are comfortable and the sofas are comfy too with soft throws to keep you warm while relaxing with the fireplace warming the room. Close to the beach and town shops. The reason it only got a 4 star is because of how close it is to Hwy 101 and the street noise can keep you up at night too. Also, it would be nice if the master room had blackout shades, but if you don't mind waking up with the sun then it won't be an issue for you.
