During Notre Dame home football weekends, guests are invited to join our owner's pre-game tailgate (subject to availability), giving you the opportunity to experience game day like a local while meeting fellow Fighting Irish fans.

We're not a large vacation rental company—we're local hosts who genuinely enjoy meeting new people and helping make every stay special. If you have questions, need recommendations, or need anything during your visit, we're only a phone call or message away.

We fell in love with this area because it offers something that's becoming harder to find—a peaceful place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy time with the people who matter most.

Located in the heart of Northern Indiana, Albert Estate Guest House is close enough to enjoy all the excitement of Notre Dame football, graduation, and special events, while providing a quiet country retreat away from the crowds and traffic. We think it's the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

Guests also enjoy having a neighborhood park just steps away, complete with a playground and pickleball courts. We provide paddles and balls so it's easy to get outside, stay active, and have fun together.

Our location also makes it convenient to explore many of Northern Indiana's favorite destinations, including Notre Dame, downtown South Bend, Potato Creek State Park, Amish Country, Shipshewana, unique shops, and a variety of excellent restaurants.
