Exquisite Catskills-Woodstock chalet for 6, located on a very private lane but in the heart of the Catskills, 10 min from Woodstock, Kingston and exit 19 off hwy 87, with fireplace, wraparound deck, deer-proof yard, firepit, barbecue, veggie garden. Ideal for couples, families, friends. Minutes to ski, ice climbing, iceskating, swimming, hiking, rock climbing, tubing, fishing, scenic walks, biking trails, food markets & excellent restaurants.

Main floor:
-living room with cathedral ceilings, Persian rugs, piano, dinning room for 6, wood pellets fireplace for warmth but not hussle, glass doors to umbrella covered deck, private yard w firepit, seasonal vegetables garden. You can practically live on the deck while you barbecue, lounge, read, sun bathe, have a morning coffee or a candlelight dinner.

-fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, ceramic cook top, convection oven, microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, double fridge, new dishwasher. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, honey, sweetener, a wide range of spices, oils, vinegars, mustard, ketchup, maple syrup, all prepping, cooking and serving kitchenware needed for elaborated holiday meals, plenty of toilet/kitchen/tissue paper supplies, firewood, wood pellets, propane tank for barbecue.

-one queen size bedroom, one king size bedroom, new full bath, new washer/dryer, sleep-and-play crib for infants and a high chair.

Top floor:
-master king size bedroom with full bath ensuite.

Each bedrooms has a mini split heater/AC unit. Both full baths are equipped with new fixtures, multi setting showers AND handheld bidets next to each toilet, for perpetual European freshness.

Fenced in yard and the private lane are safe for kids play, walking, jogging, roller blading or biking without the worry of passing cars. The Hurley Park with free access to two new tennis courts, playground, picnic pavilion, soccer, baseball, football and basketball fields is half mile from the chalet. Three stunning Ashokan Reservoir trails are 5 min, 10 min, and 15 min away, where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular views in the Catskill Mountains.

Great home in a great location. The host left clear instructions and the home was extremely clean. King sized beds in two of the bedrooms were very comfortable. Warm and inviting for a winter retreat!

Great place tucked away in the woods! We had 3 couples in the 3 bedrooms and all were very comfortable. The open kitchen/dining/living area was clean and easy to have everyone part of the action. We were there in the winter, but the deck would be great for summer living. Pellet stove was easy to use and kept us toasty warm. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay for our girl's weekend! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The beds were comfy and the living room (with the pellet burning stove) was the perfect place to read, relax and watch movies. All directions for using the house are clearly outlined and communication with the host was excellent. We will be back!

Very comfortable accomadations with wonderful ambiance. Snowed on day of arrival but plow arrived immediately to clear driveway. Host was charming and immediately responded when pellet stove needed resetting. Enjoyed our stay!

The chalet was very well equipped with all we needed in the kitchen and local reading materials. It was a lovely place, very clean and well maintained. The property was very nice and located close to Woodstock and other places we had lots to do and everything was very clean and we had everything we needed other than food. Also the owners stopped by and they were so very nice! Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely 2nd floor chalet, and private woodsy grounds. Like the wrap around porch, and parking spaces. Appreciated full kitchen/bath/bedroom amenities. Clean, nicely appointed furnishings, comfy beds and good temperature controlled heat. Host quickly responds to questions, and is very nice, and helpful. 15 minutes to downtown Woodstock, and Woodstock School of Art.

We loved staying in this well-stocked home that’s just a little off the beaten path — feels like you’re away from it all, but a quick drive to restaurants and groceries. Also lots of great hiking and views in the area. The home itself is clean and very comfortable!

This lovely Chalet in a very private setting was perfect for our family reunion. We prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen. There was even an impressive collection of spices! We loved that it was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable! Location was a plus being very close to Woodstock and Kingston. Lots to see and do in this beautiful area! The large deck was great! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We were 4 adults for 4 nights and the house was perfect for our relaxing getaway. It was just as described in the photos. Check in/ Check out was very easy. Everything in the house has precise instructions. The property was very nice. It felt very secluded, but was still close to civilization. We made several meals in the well equipped kitchen, It was well stocked with all the necessities. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great, with large showers. The pellet stove made the house nice and cozy. The large deck was great, we spent a lot of time out there just enjoying the peace and quiet of nature! Cristiana was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again in the future.

Very responsive and pleasant host.House was clean and very pretty. Kitchen was very well stocked. Nice outdoor space. Photo online suggested a much larger space so we were very surprised at how cozy the house was. King bed on first floor took up almost the entire width of the room, making it difficult to get in and out of bed.Comfortable beds.Nice bathrooms/showers.

I am a retired science teacher and a world traveler who fell in love with the Catskills-Woodstock area 20 years ago and for good reason. It truly is a perfect combination of spectacular outdoors with unlimited activities in fresh air and clean water, and a cultural wealth ranging from the free spirited musical legacy of 1969 Woodstock Concert to the last decade of outdoor classical opera of the Festival of the Voice, and countless performing and visual art experiences in between. That is why we are excited for all of our guests to experience the joy of being here, whether they are looking for outdoor adventures, local culture, or just relax in peace and quiet and forget about the world.
