Sunset Rock Retreat on kauniisti uusittu 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen koti. Tässä kodissa on uusi maassa oleva uima-allas tilavalla travertiinikannella. On kaksi parisänkyä, 1 kuningatar ja kaksi vedä sohvaa. Se sijaitsee 4 km: n päässä Indian Rocks Beachistä, 7 km: n päässä Clearwater Beachistä ja 24 km: n päässä Tampasta. Second Stay

This is our second time staying at this rental home and its exactly as we remember from 2023. The house is the perfect size for us, not too large nor too small with a great size pool. It's a quiet residential road with all amenities close by. The beach is a short drive as is grocery stores, shopping & restaurants. The home is very comfortable although some updating would prove beneficial but definitely excellent value for money. The owners are super quick at repsponding to anything and our thanks go out to Scott & Melissa for another great stay!

Another Great Stay in Largo

Scott & Melissa are excellent property managers. Everything we need to be a home away from home is provided. Everything works as it is supposed to. The kitchen is more than adequate. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and functional. There is large TV in the main room and smaller TV's in the main and first bedroom. WIFI is easy to link and is very fast and reliable. Outside is simply wonderful. A covered patio with table and chairs leads to the heated salt water in-ground pool and lounge chairs. The backyard is secured with a very nice privacy fence. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches. This home is truly a gem.

Great Listing!

Just returned from 10-days here and it was wonderful. Comfortable beds, fully stocked, and very quiet neighborhood! Easy access to stores and to the beach. We were there during Hurricane Helene and the owners were great to have things cleaned up that were damaged and texted to check on us! Highly recommend!

Comfy house with a beautiful pool!!

Everything we needed was there! Comfy beds, washer and dryer, tv's, dishwasher... Responsive owner and caretakers across the street. Centrally located to many shops and restaurants.

Great stay in Largo

This was the first time my husband and I rented a house for a family visit.Normally we have rented a condo on Indian Rocks Beach and we were looking for something more quiet and private. This home was everything we wanted. Clean, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space and the heated pool was perfect. The owners were very responsive and the house was stocked with beach chairs pool toys and plenty of towels. We are looking forward to returning to this rental again.

Perfect Getaway

This was our second time staying at this location, and it was perfect just like before! A short distance to grocery stores, the beach, restaurants etc and tucked just enough away from the main roads you didn’t hear any traffic. Scott was quick and easy to communicate with when we had any problems or concerns. The heated pool was a godsend!! Would highly recommend and plan to stay in the future!

Great Home in Largo

This is our 4th year at this home so obviously we love it. All the things you need for a home away from home. High speed WIFI and streaming TV is easy to use. The kitchen is fully stocked, with countertop appliances available in the garage. The washer and dryer work well. Two full bathrooms is very convenient. We feel very secure in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants are easy to find with a full range of prices and meals. The beach is 15 minutes away. Easy access to St Petersburg-Clearwater airport. Loved the pool and inflatables available for all to use. Communications with the owner are outstanding. We're looking forward to another great year!

Great vacation home

This is a nice property in a great location. Close to shopping, grocery stores, and 10 minutes from the beach. A short hop to Clearwater Beach and Madera Beach. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 tvs, 2 bathrooms, and the best patio with a heated pool. Many FL rentals have pools that are not heated. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Always feel at home in this great property.

Wonderful, comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood, lots of privacy. Plenty of all the stuff needed, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen fully loaded. Best part was the pool…very clean, well maintained and in good shape. <10 minute drive to beach.

Great place

Great property for a family of 4. Each child had their own room and space. The kitchen was functional and 2 full bathrooms was great! Pool was clean and refreshing. Crazy close to the beach for a much better price than staying on the beach plus way more space. Some minor issues were handled quickly. Keurig was great for the morning coffee! Supplies for enjoying the beach were pretty basic but were enough for us. What else to say? If we came back to the area, would have no problem staying here again.

Perfect Location & Stay

Myself & my husband stayed at this home & it had everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool is beautiful and we had everything you could wish for. A great back yard with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine, and it was HOT! The location is perfect for exploring Indian Rocks, Clearwater Beach & beyond. Would thoroughly recommend this property! Thank you Scott & Melissa, we had a wonderful time

Nice retreat

The property is well maintained. Plenty of towels , dishes, appliances and beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Would stay again next year if available. Host were very accommodating to our needs.

Private & Relaxing

This was our third year at this wonderful house. The heated pool was used almost every day of the month. The backyard has plenty of chairs, a grill and two tables. We ate at the patio table most of time. The house is well stocked. All the appliances operated to perfection including the washer and dryer. The 3 beds are very comfortable, and the 2 full baths made it easy for a couple of visitors to get ready in the morning. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the location to the beaches, shopping and restaurants is very convenient. Scott is a great host and responds very quickly to all communications.

An awesome vacation home

This property has everything that you need for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable stay. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels. Kitchen has every utensil you would possibly need including pots, pans, slow cookers, dishes, and glassware. There is a gas grill for coming out. The beautiful pool is heated, clean, and totally amazing with plenty of poolside seating. Location is close to shopping and 3 miles from the beach. Great communication with the property owners. Can't wait to return next year. Thanks Scott and Melissa.

Exactly what we were looking for.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything that we needed to cook and bake. The owners were very responsive to our needs and requests, and those needs were met within the day. The price was very reasonable for the property and we comfortably housed 5 adults for the week. The location was great for us as we had events planned in Tampa, Redington Beach, Palm Harbor, and even Arcadia. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Spot and Close to EVERYTHING!!

This spot was GREAT!! Really enjoyed our trip to clearwater/largo. This house is close to everything and had everything you need. Pool is very nice!! Just a heads up the TV channels are very odd, I don't go on vacation to watch TV but if you have a small child or it's something you are looking for just be aware. There is a HDMI cable so I could stream cartoons for my child.

If you are looking for a great place to stay YOU FOUND IT HERE!!!

The house is absolutely beautiful!! We walked in & it smelled so clean & fresh!! Myself & two friends that are like sisters came to getaway & relax. We did exactly that!! The first two days we didn't even leave the house! So relaxing sleeping in our own bedrooms, relaxing by the pool & ordering in Doordash! Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short as the airline canceled our flights & had to go home a day early. 😔 None of us were ready to leave that house! I definitely want to go back!!

Our experience

We feel like there could’ve been more house hold goods in the house.(toilet paper, dishwasher pods, soaps etc) otherwise it was in a good location, the home was clean, the pool was great, and the owners were quick to respond if needed. Would definitely stay there again.
