Liked the neighborhood, folks were very friendly. There was a nice walking trail nearby that we made good use of - was a good jumping off place to visit Grand Junction and the Mesa.

Worked very well for the 5 of us for our mtb trip. Close enough to town for convenience but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space everything we needed for meals too.

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving week at Hawk House. It was wonderful, had everything we needed. Only two problems, the nice large tub in the master bath that I was looking forward to soaking in, did not have hot water :(. The other issue was several light bulbs were burned out. Master shower was very nice. Would stay again, really wanted to try that tub.

What a fabulous home ! We were just a few minutes to the Colorado National Monument which made it perfect for a sunset adventure. The backyard was wonderful and the owners thought of everything we needed.

Love property but kitchen not well stocked with utensils

Been here twice and our only complaint is the lack of utensils in kitchen. A spatula is a basic utensil and there is not one except for huge grill spatula - argh! Thanks for ice trays. Needed those. The master bedroom tv is not in working order. Bummer. The outdoor spaces are lovely and the garage is great for all out bikes.

Great trip to Fruita for some biking adventures and this place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, soft towels, accommodating and quick mile+ ride into town. Would be happy to stay here again if we come back to the area. Recommended

Perfect house for a family mountain bike escape!

We had two families with 4 kids under the age of 8. It was a central location for 18rd and GJ riding. It was also super close to downtown Fruita for all our takeout needs. Only issue was the kitchen faucet was broken on arrival but the maintenance team was super responsive and had it fixed quickly. Highly recommend this house!

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.
