Perched atop Bluff Mountain with breathtaking views of Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains, Oliver Overlook is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. Upon your arrival, you
will immediately feel right at home here! Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the hot tub as you take in the scenery. From the deck, enjoy the gorgeous early morning sunrise, long-range mountain vistas, and the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge at night—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Sleeping Arrangements: Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom. The loft features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and a game room with a futton.

Location & Access: The cabin is easily accessible with only three steps to the front door. Conveniently located off Wears Valley Road, just 5 miles from Pigeon Forge, Oliver Overlook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining.

Perfect For: A family vacation, a honeymoon, an anniversary, a girls getaway! Oliver Overlook is the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Be Safe: Mountain roads can become hazardous or impassable in snow and ice. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient, but inclement weather requires a 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE. In the winter, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in case mountain roads are
impassable due to snow or ice.
BE AWARE- You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door.
BRING YOUR OWN - Charcoal for grilling and Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace in winter.
NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave
KEEP IN TOUCH - If you have any problem, let us know while you are there, we will try our best to solve it.
GUEST LIMIT- 6 Guests maximum, including children; if exceeded, the fine is $100 per guest.
VEHICLES - Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended or safe.

⸻The views were absolutely stunning. I spent every morning on the deck with my coffee, taking it all in—honestly the best way to start the day. We soaked in the hot tub and unwound all weekend. The cabin is about 15 minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, which made getting around super easy. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Location, location, location is spectacular. The drive up is very steep but road is nicely paved. Cabin is well appointed and cozy. The water reeks of sulfur & a family of 5 ran out of hot water for showers. There is also a lady bug problem; they’re cute but not welcome. Overall, a great stay!

was great mountain top views, comfortable beds, had some trouble with 2nd bathroom but owner was helpful, and cobwebs on the lamps, other than that we had a great time at the cabin, and views was beautiful

The cabin was very clean and equipped with towels, linens, plenty of pillows and a starter set of trash bags, dish liquid, detergent etc. The view was spectacular! Enjoyed our coffee on the deck overlooking the valley every morning!

This is our family’s second stay in this house so it made everything easier as we know where things are, and places to go or eat. The house is very well kept and maintained, we especially love the hot tub! We definitely will be going back to this exact house again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The view was excellent. The hot tub was also nice. The house was clean and comfortable. The downstairs bathroom tub faucet was a little lose, but other than that everything went smoothly. I will say that if it is raining and you don't have 4 wheel drive you might not make it up the next to the last hill. We spun our wheels when it rained but finally made it up. I had new tires and only front wheel drive. I will definitely love to go again.

The cabin was perfect for our group and the view is the best I’ve seen. The last leg of the drive was quite steep and narrow, so if you have anxieties about that you will want to prepare. The hot tub was awesome and the host was very communicative.

Amazing view (comes with bear)

The view is worth every penny, it’s quiet and wonderful place to get away. WiFi worked great but TV reception was sporadic. It’s a bit intimidating the first time getting to it as it’s at the top of a mountain but no problem as long as you are expecting that. The rental does come with a bear that visits daily, lock the car up and don’t leave any windows cracked. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. The floors are a bit dirty, probably from all the hot tub use, but just bring socks to walk around in and no problem. Really great stay, loved it.

We have stayed in the smokies for several years on vacation. This precious cabin is by far the very BEST. It is a beautiful and quiet location. It has the most amazing views we have ever seen!. The road to the cabin is very steep so I recommend a very reliable vehicle. Chances are you will see a bear! We seen 2 of them up close!!!! The owners are very courteous and accommodating. We will stay here again and we highly recommend this beautiful cabin to others!

Amazing Views!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was somewhat dated and not flashy but the view made up for that, plus some. A couple issues did occur but the property manager was very prompt in response and super sweet.

Love the view of the Smoky Mountains, wrap around porch with hot tub, and the AC worked excellent This was on our bucket list to stay in cabin in the mountains. Tip do not try to arrive in the dark. Appreciate the owner Lisa guiding us through over the phone

Oliver Overlook has an amazing view of the mountains. You can see the ligts of the strip where all the attractions are located and see the fireworks from our cabin. The cabin has a secluded feel but only 12 minutes from the strip.
