About this property

Luxury 3 bd Penthouse at Grand Solmar Land’s End

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds and ensuites, third bedroom has two queen beds with ensuite. There is a murphy bed in the living area.

We have not stayed in the three bedroom previously so pictures are from our two bedroom but all villas have the same luxurious finishes!

Over 3000 sq ft living space with spacious ocean view balcony. There is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen as well. Villa has air conditioning, multiple flat screen TVs, marble counter tops, all kitchen appliances to cook your own meals if you choose.

Cabo has plenty to offer for couples and families from snorkeling, hiking, marlin fishing, swimming with dolphins, camel rides, horseback riding excursions, zip lining, fine dining, local shopping, high end shopping and plenty more!! The marina with shops, restaurants, excursion offers and the local square is just a 7 minute walk away! We've been coming here 1-3 weeks a year for the past 13 years and we love it!! Grand Solmar Land's End is a full service luxury resort and we know you'll love it as much as we do!!

Cabo Trip 2023

My husband & I have been to this resort several times. We finally were able to book a 3 bedroom penthouse. They are hard to get into one. Katie was good through the VRBO. She answered all our questions & made it a smooth transition from VRBO to the hotel taking over when we arrived. It met all our expectations. Hotel gorgeous and room was super clean & gorgeous too. Most of all staff goes out of the way to make you happy. Would diffidently book again.

Nothing short of five stars!

This is our second trip to Grand Solmar Lands End and our second time in the very luxurious 3-bedroom penthouse. The unit is sparkling clean, spacious, filled with every amenity, and nothing can beat the ability to watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We like the VIP Pool and the fact that it is quiet. The resort seems to be struggling with setting up rules for who can use the VIP Pool and whether chairs can be saved. We were told that we could not save chairs for longer than 15 minutes and, in fact, our towels and belongings were removed one morning while we were up in our room getting ready. However, we witnessed guests from other buildings (5 and 6) using the VIP Pool without a problem. Perhaps if it was truly limited to building 9 and one or two others, there wouldn't be a chair shortage. Nevertheless, our trip was wonderful. Cabo has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and we particularly enjoyed Edith's, Flora Farms and The Office. Kate was a wonderful host and was readily available to answer questions prior to our arrival. It was a fantastic stay.

Cabo is a great destination for families, couples and friends. There is so much to do, great restaurants and the weather is almost always perfect!!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase with Grand Solmar because of the attention to detail. It’s always clean, staff are attentive and the grounds are gorgeous. We’ve never stayed anywhere as beautiful as the Grand Solmar properties. Land’s End is a great location to able to easily enjoy the downtown nightlife but have a quiet place to retreat to!

What makes this property unique

Grand Solmar Land's End has went above and beyond to develop a gorgeous resort with all the amenities you could ever want. Our kids have always loved the kids club and babysitters we have used have been amazing and the adults love the gym, food and service!
