great spot in Palm Desert

The property is generally a great find. It is quiet and close to great shopping and restaurants. We didn't use the pool as wasn't hot enough but there also weren't any pool towels or spare towels. The place is very clean and good kitchen amenities, hard to find a sunny place to sit in the day but comfortable.

Perfect place near lots of restaurants, shopping and golf! Owner responded immediately to all my questions. A/C started to fail on the second night...Isabel did everything she could to make us comfortable while we awaited the repair which was fixed same day! It was clean, quiet and in a great location. I would definitely stay again!

A cosy, comfortable home away from home!

The owner was friendly and offered many excellent suggestions about day trips and attractions in the area. She was very helpful, directing us to restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and other local services in the area. The unit is well located just off El Paseo Drive. Although somewhat dated, it has decent amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the in-suite washer and dryer. There is minimal natural light on the main floor of the unit and we would have liked more sun on the patio. However, the nearby pool area is bright and sunny with lounge chairs, umbrellas and a hot tub. We enjoyed our month despite the inclement weather and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

One of the nicest condos we ever rented. Sooo clean, and every little touch of home was present. The location can not be beat, 200 feet off of El Paseo🤣 The beds were real comfy. Everything was great and so was the owner, so thoughtful. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place, great location, great landlord

This place is in a fantastic location - a stones throw the from shops, restaurants and bars of El Paseo. But on the same token, the west side of El Paseo is an extremely nice and quiet neighborhood. The place is very well kept and has a fantastic layout. The owner Isabel was super nice, helpful and responsive.

Most pleasant and carefree vacation we’ve ever had!!!

Beautifully designed townhouse, everything was very clean and organized. Anything you could possibly need was already there. The owners were extremely kind and generous. They had made everything so convenient for us, we stayed in and relaxed. They brought us an amazon fire stick for the TV so we could have access to a variety of entertainment. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation. Thank you!!!

The proximity to the beautiful South Palm Desert mountains and walking trails plus the amazing restaurants and shops half a block on El Paseo contribute to this being a haven - leaving the car parked and enjoying people watching, strolling and window shopping or maybe the real type !
Onsite pool, hot tub and tennis courts add to the activities with so many great golf courses nearby, from public courses to well re known Championship ones.
The River complex with its wine-tasting , ubercomfortable cinemas and more restaurants is very nearby, as are the McCallum Theatre and Mall with more shops, restaurants and multi theatre cinema .
All the best activities and entertainment within a few miles.
Beautiful, comfortable surroundings and convenience all in one! We will also leave information on the best breakfast bakeries and happy hour places for you!

The natural light in this area is amazing , the sunsets oh so dreamy , plus the bonus of wearing summer clothes all year will be so easy for your stay.
The pace is relaxed and friendly but the shops, restaurants , galleries in this area are world class. I'll Corso belonging to Wolfgang Puck, Pacifica for the freshest seafood , Mamma Ginas for florentine Italian cuisine to name but a few favorites just steps away from our home. There are adventure activities, take a Red jeep tour into our Desert, art museums, multiple sports - tennis, golf, polo swimming, pickle ball etc-which due to our climate can be practiced all year round, and so many spas and fun music venues many weekends during our winter season!
