While the room we got was on the beach which is always ideal, this condo was horribly dirty! The floors were SMOTHERED in sand (I always expect some sand, I know it's hard to clean and it's a beach-fron, but it was so so sooooo much!), dishes were in the cabinets and drawers with old food called on them like there wasn't even an attempt at cleaning, and there is not ANY overhead lights aside from the bathrooms and the kitchen - everything else is JUST LAMPS, some of which either didn't work or had dead lightbulbs, so if you wanted lots of light it just wasn't happening. We also had a mishap halfway through our stay where our keypad suddenly stopped working. You would get halfway through entering the code and it would just shut off. We told the front desk about this, and they said they would send someone ASAP. We waited around for nearly an hour without anything, so we went out and enjoyed our day because we weren't wasting a whole day that we paid for waiting around. We were gone practically all day and the keypad was still messed up!!! After a long time of trying, it finally went through and we got to go in. I'd understand if there were rules about them not being able to do any repairs without us present, but it states on their page and in the contract that maintenance can enter the rooms for services without clients present! And this had been at least 7-8 hours after we had been by the office! It was nice to be so close to the beach, but there were just so many hiccups!
