Villagers Homestyle- Come and enjoy all that the Villages has to offer in this 3 bdrm, 2 bath, designer home with privacy wall, in the sought after Village of Virginia Trace.
This house is your home away from home and includes a 2 person gas golf cart and 2 cruising bikes with helmets.
Walk to beautiful Lake Sumter Landing or take a two minute golf cart ride to enjoy all the great shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment in the square.
This home sleeps 6 and includes a master suite with a King size bed, 40" smart TV, a walk-in closet and a master bath with dbl sinks and walk-in shower. A separate guest suite on the other side of the living area includes bdrm #2 with a Queen size bed, bdrm #3 with twin beds and a guest bath.
Your stay includes all linens, bath and pool towels, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook and there is also a separate dining area.
There is a separate laundry room with a front load washer and dryer, a two car garage and a screened in Lanai that is furnished with comfortable cushioned patio furniture and a dining table. A gas grill is also provided.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable reclining leather furniture, a love seat and a 60'" smart TV that has a full cable package, with DVR. Internet and wifi are also included.
This home is close to several pools, golf courses and recreational centers where you will enjoy tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, billiards and meeting rooms for clubs and activities. Come enjoy the 40 executive golf courses, where your golfing is included with your $50 Resident ID's.
There are also 12 championship golf courses that are accessible for an additional fee.***there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required

We love the Villages, but unfortunately we are not yet in the position to retire, so we are offering it to you to enjoy until we can ourselves. Once you have visited, you most likely will want to return and possibly buy a house of your own. Living life in the Villages, keeps you young at heart!

This house is walking distance to all the fun that happens in the Lake Sumter town square, with nightly entertainment all year round. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and conveniences within reach.
