During the summer months, a bike path offers direct access from the property to the extensive mountain biking trail network in the Fraser Valley. Furthermore, all guests enjoy the advantage of a complimentary town shuttle that stops directly in front of the building.
The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, a 46" flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a queen-size sofa bed. It also provides complimentary wireless internet access within the unit and a private balcony that offers a view of the wooded grounds of the complex from the second floor. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
Recent upgrades to the unit include new furnishings, appliances, and flooring. The kitchen features generous countertop space and cabinets, making it easy to store items and prepare meals conveniently. Situated between the kitchen and the living area, the dining area allows all guests to interact comfortably with one another.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a television, and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the hallway.
The #18 building is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the main clubhouse and is situated in the 15 – 20 cul de sac of the overall property.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Return all moved furniture and decor items to their original locations.
