I am guessing that this unit gets more rentals in the winter than summer but then you would be missing out. Hiking, biking, golf, swimming, dining and live music is within walking distance of the unit. Get in your car and you are 15 minutes of lake activities, tourist attractions and summer musicals. Now for the unit itself, grand views, a well stocked unit, your own personal hot tub, a host who answers questions within minutes of a question, everything you want in a rental. Plenty of space so you are not sitting on top of each other too. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great location if you are using the activities at Granby Ranch. You also get a view of the Rocky Mountains out the living room windows. Kathy is responsive to messages and very helpful.

We loved everything about the condo! Great location. Amazing host. Clean. Supplied with everything we needed to cook dinner each evening. The hot tub was a hit after we hit the slopes all day! If we return to Granby we would love to stay here again!!

The place was very clean, everything you need and the host was amazing with communication! We had 2 super minor things happen and they responded within minutes with a quick fix and we were on our way. Cannot recommend this enough for a family ski trip,

The location is great! You can walk to the smaller lift and take a run down to the main base area. It had all the amenities we needed! We would be happy to come back!

Great place for ski getaway!

The condo was great - very comfortable and warm even when it -22 outside! We had 3 great days of skiing and then a quick ski/walk back and a hot tub ready to soak away the pain!! It was just as advertised and had everything we needed.

Slice of winter heaven!

Great property within steps of Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Had a great weekend with my wife and four kids exploring around Granby, skiing at the ranch, and snowmobiling with On The Trails Rentals. Perfect weekend, the mountainside condo's are perfectly situated.
