Laundry amenities were not available as advertised, and we were not informed until after check-in. Out family would have packed differently for our ski trip had we known this information in advance of traveling.

Our stay was great, and the listing was even better than advertised. The space is very cozy and well-decorated. The property's proximity to Boyne Mountain, Charlevoix, and Petosky was a huge luxury.

We had a fantastic stay at the Wilson's. A perfect place for us to stay, close to all of the adventures that we wanted to go on. We had all the amenities that we needed, and even our pups felt well taken care of while they were there.

Our stay was incredible—perfect location with easy access to Charlevoix and all the festivities! Highlights included the Ryan Shay race and my son’s unforgettable proposal during the fireworks. The memories made this weekend truly special. Enjoyable July 4 weekend stay

We had an enjoyable time at James and Mary Jo's place during the long July 4 weekend. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the apartment is. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location is just a short drive into town. Jim and Mary Jo were very responsive, yet gave us complete privacy. We did have a day in the 90s (which was probably unusual) where the portable air conditioner in the studio wasn't quite up to the task (likely due to the cathedral ceiling), but the unit in the front bedroom did a nice job cooling both bedrooms. This was our first time staying in Boyne City, and it is a delightful place, the July 4 parade was a lot of fun and the fireworks that night were spectacular!

Great Stay

The host was very accommodating. There was everything you could possibly need for your stay. The condo had a lot of space and clean! Very close to cute town of Boyne City on lake charlevoix and Boyne Mountain. which makes this a great stay any season

Nice place, convenient!

Very easy check in and check out. Good location to use as a launch point for Northern Michigan sightseeing. One thing to know is one of the bedrooms is only accessible through the other bedroom. Enjoyed the eclectic photography art, high ceilings, and lots of fans for good cross breezes. Would stay again and will keep in mind for ski season!

Spacious and comfortable

This property was perfect for our stay in July. There are two spacious bedrooms and a third sleeping area tucked away in a corner of the main room. The beds, bedding, pillows, and sectional sofa were all very comfortable and the entire unit has room-darkening blinds, making for a great sleeping environment. The property is beautifully wooded, private, well-kept, easy to find, and a quick drive to Boyne City. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages and delightful to talk to as we happened to see them when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again!

Boating weekend

Family Memorial trip perfect place

This studio was cozy, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was so close to downtown Boyne City which was exactly what we needed to be close to family for a memorial event. The yard was beautiful too. The temperature inside the place was very comfortable and there with many options to make it cooler or warmer. I had quite a few questions before we got there and the Jim and Mary Jo were very responsive.

Beautiful loft tucked away in nature

We enjoyed our stay at the loft with my husband and friend. Plenty of sleeping space and a kitchen that was easy to use. There were many carpenter ants during our stay and the kitchen items benefitted from a quick cleaning before using. Overall, a great space to relax after a day on the ski slopes and a day in Traverse city. Very accessible and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions.

The rooms felt very open and comfortable with the high peaked ceilings. Plenty of room to park cars, and the parking is close by.
