Spacious and comfortable

This property was perfect for our stay in July. There are two spacious bedrooms and a third sleeping area tucked away in a corner of the main room. The beds, bedding, pillows, and sectional sofa were all very comfortable and the entire unit has room-darkening blinds, making for a great sleeping environment. The property is beautifully wooded, private, well-kept, easy to find, and a quick drive to Boyne City. The hosts were quick to respond to any messages and delightful to talk to as we happened to see them when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again!

Boating weekend

Everything we needed & nice setup we didn’t fully get to enjoy as we were quite busy with the local Boyne Thunder & boating activities.

Family Memorial trip perfect place

This studio was cozy, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was so close to downtown Boyne City which was exactly what we needed to be close to family for a memorial event. The yard was beautiful too. The temperature inside the place was very comfortable and there with many options to make it cooler or warmer. I had quite a few questions before we got there and the Jim and Mary Jo were very responsive.

Beautiful loft tucked away in nature

We enjoyed our stay at the loft with my husband and friend. Plenty of sleeping space and a kitchen that was easy to use. There were many carpenter ants during our stay and the kitchen items benefitted from a quick cleaning before using. Overall, a great space to relax after a day on the ski slopes and a day in Traverse city. Very accessible and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions.

Roomy and clean

Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Clean. Quiet. One hour drive to mackinaw city. Owners were quick to reply to our questions.

Boyne Falls and Duck Lake

The rooms felt very open and comfortable with the high peaked ceilings. Plenty of room to park cars, and the parking is close by.

Soccer Weekend

We chose a pet friendly residence while we were attending a soccer tournament in Petoskey. The host family was amazing, accommodating and welcoming. Convenient location to many beautiful areas! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family rental

The apartment has everything you need to have a great ski weekend away. It is very close to Boyne without paying the Boyne prices! We will book again next winter!

Boyne Christmas

The owners were so helpful throughout our stay. We got to bring our dogs which was a huge deal for us. They had Christmas lights on and it smelled of peppermint when we arrived. It was such a pleasant touch. Our week was truly lovely.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The place was clean, cozy and well stocked and is a short distance from Boyne Mountain so great place if you want to ski all day and night.

We liked our own separate entrances. It was very accommodating for our family of six and our dog. We would rent this place again. It was very close to Boyne Mountain.

Easy Squeezey

James and Mary Jo kindly accepted our last minute booking and were there to greet us during checkin. Although they live on the first floor, we didn’t see them the rest of the trip and feel that they respect their guests’ privacy. The apartment was clean throughout and had plenty of sleeping options for two people. Mattresses are very comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the private back yard and separate entrance. The property is also close to Boyne City’s downtown area making dining, quick coffee runs and adjacent hiking adventures easy. I would recommend this listing as a home base to other adventurers.
