This magnificent house, with 6 large bedrooms, is designed to comfortably accommodate 15 guests with the feel of a modernly rustic mountain cabin. There is plenty of room for gathering in the huge great room/dining room/kitchen with room to spare for quiet personal time.

A five-minute drive or a short downhill bicycle ride, to the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, Whispering Hills is an awesome, private home that is within a short distance to hiking, fishing, sightseeing, ski resorts, restaurants, shopping and tourist destinations of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

This "cabin" is even roomier than the photos look. We had 10 people staying onsite and another five visiting during the day, and even with Hurricane Isaias keeping us indoors all Saturday, we could spread out and be comfy. The cooks kept exclaiming about how well-equipped the kitchen is. Lots of fun cabin decor and the beds were super-comfortable. Cannot say enough about how nice it is!

It was a beautiful holiday stay. Very quiet, in and out of driveway was a little dangerous other than that it was absolutely perfect. I will be booking again.

Perfect family reunion property!

Loved this place. Location was great, clean, big pantry and kitchen for group meals. Open, large gathering areas and plenty of parking but also plenty of rooms to retreat to when people needed to get away from the noise. The porch was a favorite.

The house is amazing and had plenty of space for a large group to gather together for a long weekend. It is well appointed and was very clean. The highlight was the spectacular views. We definitely will come back for future visits!
