Our family loves to cozy up by the fireplace on a chilly autumn night.For the past two years the fireplace has not worked. Although Rusty the service person, tries his best, we have not had a properly working fireplace!! Very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us again! We certainly understand how much a cozy fireplace adds to a fall getaway, and we're sorry for the disappointment. We do want to clarify that the fireplace is working properly. It's thermostatically controlled and is designed to turn on only when the temperature inside the home drops below 75 degrees. As Rusty explained when he came out over the weekend, the temperature in the home was already above 75 degrees, which is why the fireplace wouldn't turn on.
