When you walk in you are greeted by the beautiful sitting area perfect for relaxing or reading a good book and the great room that overlooks the patio, lanai, pool and canal. If you enjoy open air living, you will love the over sized sliding glass doors that open the entire home to a beautiful pool area with hot tub/spa enclosed by the lanai.

You can spend the evenings enjoying the peace and quite in the hot tub or pool viewing the stars or playing pool games or cards in the screened in lanai.

You will find everything you need to cook a nice dinner or poolside BBQ in the newly remodeled kitchen showcasing new tile floors, new granite counter tops and brand new cabinets. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, in door water and ice dispenser, a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven with air fryer coffee pot, Keurig, electric griddle, crock pot, blender and much more. We even go as far as leaving spices and condiments for guest to use if they choose. This eliminates the need to purchase all of the "little things" that are needed to have the perfect vacation. This kitchen is not like most vacation rentals, you will quite literally find everything you need with not just one pan but multiple pans and plenty of utensils, appliances, storage containers, cookware etc.

The master suite features a King size bed with a walk in closet and sitting area. This room also has a smart T.V. The newly remodeled master bath includes granite counter tops with dual sinks, new cabinets, new walk in tile shower and a sitting vanity. The bathroom has a hairdryer and is also stocked with items for the shower and first aid items that guests are welcome to use. You will also have a nice view and direct access to the pool, hot tub and lanai through the sliding glass door in the master suite.

The two guest rooms are nicely appointed with queen sized beds and walk in closets. One of the guest rooms is pool side with a nice view of the pool area and a sliding glass door for easy access. The guest bathroom includes shower/tub combination.

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood located a few miles from some of Florida’s finest beaches, restaurants, golf courses, bike trails, shopping and much more without heavy traffic. If you love to fish this is a perfect location. You can fish right from the dock or use the dock for your boat or a rental boat with access to the bay and gulf. No need to worry about tidal changes because we don't have them. We are located in an area with locks.

Have children? They will love the pool and you will love that the backyard is fenced in. If you have toddlers and still want to enjoy being outside without the worry of the pool, we have a safety barrier that keeps the little ones safe. We also have a pack and play and small booster seat/ highchair. There are also many kids beach toys including sand buckets, shovels and boogie boards.

For security purposes there are security cameras located on the outside of the home facing the front door, driveway, dock, pool and patio areas. While staying at the house we are fine if guests are not comfortable with the cameras facing the "private areas" like the pool and patio, and we are perfectly fine if you want to cover them with a plastic bag. We just ask that when you leave you please remove anything used to cover the cameras.
