Epic trip!

I stayed in Paris for 3 weeks in this lovely flat. It was an amazing place in a great location. Our Property Manager could not have done more for us and I was so appreciative! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, great location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property a week ago. The apartment is beautiful and has plenty of space. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including two toilets, are very helpful. Second floor walk up(really third floor) but there is an elevator from the first(not ground) floor to the second floor. The rest of the city is very accessible from this location, and there’s a park just across the street for kids with a playground. Very quiet at night and we were able to enjoy the evenings with the windows/balcony doors open. Would definitely rent again.

Best spot in the city

We had a wonderful stay. The place itself is big and beds were comfy. The bathrooms also are very large for European standards. The location is incredible. It’s in walking distance from many sites while still being away from all the tourists. Definitely recommend this place.

Awesome Flat

We are a family of 4 with preteen/teen. The apartment was clean, well appointed and in a wonderful area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Check in was a breeze-probably the easiest for any vacation rental I have had. Communication with rental company was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this flat.

Beautiful, Well-located Flat

Wonderful flat in an excellent area. Close to the Métro, walking distance to landmarks and great restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, with a nice balcony looking over the square. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful apartment, great location

The apartment is beautifully designed, well equipped and has the added advantage of looking out over a tree lined park. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there were grocery stores, bakeries and good restaurants near by. Access is keyless, so no need to coordinate a meeting. Access to all the sights are very easy on the metro, with a stop just a half block away. Communication with Lucie was extremely attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

Marvelous May Stay

Very clean and comfortable. Had champagne waiting for us to celebrate a graduation, anniversary, and birthday along with milk and coffee. Juice and yogurt. We attended the neighborhood party in the park. With the park it was private. No one can look in. Would definite come back if a big apartment is needed. There is an elevator on the first floor not the ground. Very safe

Great Home/close to everything

This 3br 2bath was great. Everything was clean and accurate. The neighborhood is great and you have a view of the park. Fantastic home, pics are exactly what you get. The ONLY issue I had was the floors were a little dusty.

Parisian style

We had a lovely four day holiday in this beautiful apartment with a view over the park. Ample space for a family of four with plenty of luggage. Plenty of Cafes, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Metro stations everywhere. Easy access to all the sights and only a short walk to the river. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Perfection

We loved everything about our Paris home away from home. Location was very walkable to daily necessities and an abundance of cute cafes to enjoy. The park right outside the flat was perfect for our two young girls to play at. Michael was very responsive and helpful well! If work brings us back to Paris one day I will most certainly stay here again!

Do Your Homework When Renting

Wanted to love our stay given the lovely décor and spaciousness, however, the location has several drawbacks which were not revealed to us in advance. We experienced two significant nightly disruptions one of which lasted until 3AM. The situation was scary particularly since we were a 3-generation family with a young grandchild. Please be aware that the building next to this apartment is occupied by refugees, who took over the premises in December 2024 against French law. Hundreds of refugees have been demonstrating with drums and chanting with bullhorns. We had no prior knowledge of any of this. Be sure to search on the internet for “Gaiete Lyrique occupation” before your arrival. Management can do a lot better, both in empathy, maintenance, and in its instructions for renters.•The process for entering the unit itself was unclear. We were never provided our “personal code” needed for the apartment door. •Expectation is that trash will be removed and sorted, but no English instructions on how to separate or the basic location of the trash room was provided. •The hall light immediately in front of the unit was not working, so every entry was in the pitch black – aided by our cellphone flashlights in order to see the keypad. •Outlet in master bedroom wasn’t working. Similarly the dishwasher did not operate properly. Could have been a perfect vacation, but these issues spoiled our stay.

Good Potential

The unit was not what we expected. The photos put it in its best light. Only one bathroom has a toilet in suite. The other two require walking through the apartment. The living room couches need cleaning and we put sheets on the cushions. The living room has much potential but new furniture and better placement would make a difference. Many light switches did not work. The location is excellent and the unit could work for a small family with children.

Excellent Location

We had no issues with the apartment, the check in was easy and the host was very friendly and let us check in early which we really appreciated. The building was nice and the apartment was easy to get to, it was spacious, bright and the location was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms big and the kitchen was extremely useful. Would stay here again.

The perfect Paris flat for our family

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is great. Lots of cafes nearby and the metro stop is just around the corner. It overlooks a lovely park. We found the beds comfortable and the place very clean. My teen daughters LOVED the whole vibe of the very stylish decor. We loved being able to open up the large doors overlooking the small balcony over the park. We had absolutely NO complaints about our stay here. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment

This was a super cute apartment within walking distance to many places and easy access to the metro. It is truly as pictured with 3 full bedrooms, a very large living room with dining table and eat in kitchen. Michael was an excellent host, very responsive and kind. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay again on my next visit to Paris. Great for families and kids too. Quiet and safe with a lovely view of the park.

Great experience in Paris

This flat was great for our two-week stay in Paris with family. It’s cozy, roomy, clean and well equipped. It’s close to everything you need to make your stay comfortable, walking distance to a pharmacy, a supermarket, the metro, steps from a park for the kids and several great restaurants! Our host was helpful and we had good communication, definitely recommend staying here!
