From the private lanai and the wrapping around patio you will enjoy the panoramic lake view, the tropical flora, the birds and your private spot for fishing. In this newly fully renovated home, natural light filled, you will love the modern high-end, European style kitchen and its adjacent breakfast room, the open first floor with its large ceramic tiles, the new hardwood on the stairs and second floor, the high ceilings . The ample closets spaces and the 3.5 new modern bathrooms make life very comfortable for 8-10 people. The great room opens into a comfortable den-office that can sleep 2 additional guests.
