Perfect Getaway Spot
We stayed on this property once before (in a different unit) and were excited to return. The Perch is really lovely. It is new, very clean and well kept, and beautifully decorated. Extremely comfortable with a great floor plan. We spent each evening grilling outside on the covered patio with rocking chairs and staring at the mountains. The hosts are very accomodating and gracious. There is lots of privacy and we love walking down to the river and sitting on a bench to watch the sunset. The location is so convenient to everything and yet the property is so spacious you feel away from it all. We will definately be back again!
Fantastic place for people and dogs
This unit was fantastic and had lots of space for dogs to run around and bathroom was fantastic and would recommend people to stay here. Close to all of the Palisade winery's and great views of Mt. Garfield.
Beautiful setting along the Colorado River. Views Galore! Great getaway with room to room! Fantastic hosts! Very clean and excellent amenities. Booked our next stay.
Perfect for Us and Our Dogs!
Spacious, clean and updated. It offered everything we needed, plus a nice covered patio. The large lot and acreage was perfect for our dogs to run at top speed, play and roll around in the grass. Walking to the river gave them a chance to play in the water and the park next door was nice. Located pretty close to town gave us some dining options and Grand Junction isn’t too far either. We hiked a few times and really enjoyed this getaway. Hopefully we will be back!
Beautiful farm property!! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the layout and the beautiful decor! There was plenty of space for the five of us and equipped with everything we needed! Unfortunately, we were there to tour the college and attend a dinner there and didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property, but the time we did spend was great!! We really enjoyed our walks on the ranch. It was secluded, but still so close to town. I hope we can visit again! Thanks Cameron and Jen!!!
