Palisade River Ranch's Private Guest House ("Tally Ho") - Sleeps 8.
"Tally Ho" is our guest house located within our 100-acre private ranch. The space is fresh and bright, providing a year-round, comfortable and relaxing environment. Stay, enjoy the company of friends and family, and unwind in a natural and tranquil setting. The sleeping options are flexible, with one fixed Queen bed, one King that can be split into Twin XLs, a Twin or Queen option in the "Sunroom", and a Queen sofa bed in the main living area. There are two inviting bathrooms, including the master which has a separate shower and jetted spa tub which is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or for soothing tired muscles after an exhilarating day in the mountains. The open plan living area is equally well-suited to entertaining or to simply relaxing for a night in, and the kitchen facilities are equal to that of a typical family home. When not in use as a bedroom, the "Sunroom" is an ideal place to relax with a book or simply to enjoy the views of our special cottonwood tree, the birds and the deer that roam the fields leading down to the river. Tally Ho has a patio area, with seating, a fire pit to warm up those cooler evenings, a BBQ, and fantastic views. We also have an indoor storage area for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and any other toys you'd like to bring with you.
Guests at Palisade River Ranch have access to the trails across the main property, to the river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and screened gazebo down at the river. The riverfront and deck are great areas to enjoy a BBQ or campfire, to play games and to generally enjoy the serenity of our stretch of the Colorado. For those interested in floating the river, we have excellent put-in/take-out access. Guests can also explore our 45-acre riparian habitat, which is a great place to see an array of wildlife. (NB - access to some areas may be limited by seasonal restrictions, private parties or other events, and is subject to guests' agreement to a liability waiver).

100 acres of solitude and tranquility
The ranch is an incredible escape - 100 acres with freah eggs, water fowl, walk to the river, sit and watch the 100 year old cottonwood stand in glory. The house was very comfortable and Cameron and Jen were gracious hosts. Our son loved running with the dogs, feeding the chicken and helping out with the irrigation. Ride into town for fresh baked good. 10 min drive from the Palisade Rim Trail - awesome hike and great advance MTB ride. Thanks Cameron and Jen!
Amazing property and amazing owners

Great place and great owners!
We had a great time during our stay. This property is absolutely beautiful and has a gorgeous view. The owners were very nice and hospitable! Highly recommend.
Great after Christmas getaway. Guest house was very comfortable and clean for 5 of us. The Ranch is beautiful and great to allow dogs to run free on an open range. Cameron was very responsive to any questions or to accommodate any needs. Located conveniently to many wineries.
Very clean, quiet, conveniently located and modern!
We will absolutely stay here again. The guest was was very clean, had all the essentials and much more. The location was perfect, we enjoyed being so close to downtown Palisade, right next to the river trail, yet it was very private and quiet. We can’t wait to come back! A huge thanks to Cameron and Jen for being great hosts.

This place is absolutely everything it is advertised to be. Plenty of outdoor access to beautiful land, convenient amenities and room inside for the family, plus tons of information on local activities and ideas on how to better enjoy all the area has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!!!
