House w/Private Heated Pool; walk to zoo & museums close to downtown

Hi Jacky- We are happy to hear that the house was as described. Our best features are location, privacy, cleanliness, style, and of course our private pool and yard. The Broadway Casita is a casita-- meaning small house. And, it is just that-- a small one bedroom house. It is best suited for a small family or 2 couples as there are only two beds and one bedroom as described. 5 people is actually the maximum we allow to stay not the amount we recommend. Towels and supplies in the house are provided for up to 5 people. Our entire home is 880 sq ft (also as described) so it would be difficult to fit more than a murphy bed and a couch in the living area. There are two trash cans outside, two more outside the gate, one in the kitchen and another in the bathroom. There is not a trash can in the bedroom as most guests do not want garbage in their bedroom. As far as the Kool-Aid pitcher goes, we provide a pitcher which I'm sure you could use for Kool-Aid. If we get another Kool-Aid complaint perhaps we will consider designating an official Kool-Aid pitcher at that time. Thank you for the unique suggestion! ;) In the future, we would recommend that you splurge a little more to stay in a larger home with multiple bedrooms as that is something we can't and don't want to change about our cute little place. We apologize if the pool's privacy did not meet your expectations. When we describe it as "private," we mean it is exclusively for our guests' use and surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence.- as required by law for all pools. It is not shared with anyone and can only be used and accessed by guests. To say it is not private is 100% inaccurate. While there are apartment complexes at the ends of our street, our neighbors are all other single family residences. The pool area is designed to provide a secure, private and exclusive space. Our property is located in the middle of San Antonio in zip code 78209. Our neighborhood is safe, walkable and close to the City's best sites, museums, and the University of the Incarnate Word. We provide a carport w/off strret covered parking for up to two cars. We appreciate your insights, and wish you the best in your future travels.

The Broadway Casita is a 1 Bedroom 1 bath with a queen bed in the bedroom and a full sized murphy bed in the common area. Thank you for being our guest either way!
