Large open living space with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Great room concept with pass through from dining area to the completely remodeled kitchen. Kitchen has breakfast bar seating for 5 and views of the creek in addition to solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms. The master bath is completely remodeled to include dual shower heads in the walk in shower. Large upright soaking tub in the second bathroom is jetted. The property is one unit of a duplex and has a 1 car garage stall available and parking for 2 vehicles plus it is walking distance to Downtown, Westchester Lagoon and the Coastal Trail. A short distance to many of downtown and midtowns best restaurants and shopping and on the bus route. Easy access to miles of Greenbelt which extends to the APU/University trail systems and the Coastal Trail. Valley of the Moon Park is on the other side of the creek from this property and there is a playground for the little explorers. The Chester Creek Greenbelt is lighted and groomed for biking, skiing and walking in the winter and perfect for leisurely strolls in the summer and evenings. Watch salmon travel up the creek and immerse yourself in nature with the abundance of natural habitat surrounding you.

There is a wonderful charm to the Chester Creek Gem and it is a perfect location for travelers. A wonderful spot to see downtown and experience some of Anchorages premier locations like the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, Westchester Lagoon and Russian Jack Park and the APU/UAA Campus and UMED district all easily accessible by a bike path that follows a greenbelt through town. The property has been lovingly maintained and continuously updated to provide clean and comfortable accommodations.
