Palm Terrace Coral Home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Cape Coral, Fl. Our beautiful vacation rental home offers a large heated pool, tons of space to lounge, and a great SW Cape Coral location. The home is situated in a quiet, serene neighborhood.
Enjoy a large heated pool, gas grill, large lanai with plenty of patio furniture.
The garage has beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas for your trip to the beach
Our home comes fully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you may need, towels, linens, gas grill as well as a washer and dryer.

Open concept living with smart large flat screen TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. Cable and internet provided. Use any of your devices with the free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy quiet time, you could not imagine wasting away anywhere else for your well-deserved vacation.

We are close to the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Naples. The area is near public golf courses, shopping, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. There are lots of activities in the area, excursions to surrounding islands, manatee and dolphin tours, sunset cruises, beaches, and water parks.

Fantastic place

Property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great in quality and the pool was kept at just the right temp. The water fall in the pool was such a fun addition. We had everything we needed on site and they even have beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use during the stay. The host was amazing and communication was quick and pleasant. We will be back again.

A Most Excellent Getaway

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. Early morning walks allowed us to get to know the area and to appreciate the neighborhood. Loved the pool - even though it was disappointingly overcast for the entire week we were there. We still made great use of it in the afternoon. Home was spacious and had everything we needed.

Everything was pretty good. Nice location for us. The pool didn’t get cleaned while we were here and is turning green. Also, one day when we washed dishes when we opened it there bugs crawling around. But, we would rate it very high for the most part.

We rented this property for the month of March 2020 which coincided with the Coronavirus outbreak. We spent much of the last 2 weeks of the rental on the lanai by the pool enjoying the warm weather. We enjoyed everything the house provided, numerous walks throughout the neighborhood and accessibility to anyplace we wanted to go. We would definitely consider this as a rental again in the future.

Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the owner was very accommodating as we needed to stay an extra day. The home was a nice place to come back to after a long day in the sun with the pool.
