This was one of the best properties we’ve stay at in PV! The location was beatable! Two choices to exit-one to Basilio Badillo or the other straight to the beach and pier!The pool was phenomenal! The patio was our fav place! Plenty of space to just chill!!Friendly staff and great communication with the owners! Great stay!

I've now stayed at this property a couple of times, and it's consistently excellent! The location in Puerto Vallarta is fantastic - just a couple of blocks from Los Muertos Beach, and steps away from all the restaurants and clubs you could want. The building is a very nice, newer building with an awesome view of the bay and an amazing rooftop pool overlooking it. The unit itself is a spacious one-bedroom, and was very clean, and very well-provisioned when I arrived. There's even a concierge that meets you at the unit to check you in to make sure you know how to access it and use everything available in the condo.Even when I had to make multiple changes to the timeframe for my stay, the hosts were very responsive and very accommodating. All around great job on this one. If you get a chance to rent it, I can highly recommend it!

Comfortable condo in a perfect location

The owner and property manager were in frequent contact to ensure everything worked out. The building is close to everything with beautiful views of the ocean.

Still a special place in PV!

This was our second stay here, and it was even better the second time. The unit is comfortable, quiet, ideally located, immaculate, very well equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners and managers was consistently excellent. And the building itself is amazing, with a great rooftop pool and lounging area and very gracious staff. Can't recommend this place enough!

The condo was perfect! It was a nice big size for a 1-bedroom, and the hosts had it VERY well stocked with everything needed. The unit had a fantastic view of the bay, and the amenities in the building were exactly as described. The rooftop pool at sunset is the absolute best!The building is also situated very well, too. Just a few small blocks to the beach, right to the pier on Los Muertos beach, and then also just a few shorts blocks to the heart of Zona Romantica with all the shops, bars, clubs, restaurants you could possibly hope for. So glad I chose this unit for me and my partner to stay in!

Amazing

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week in the middle of January.  This property is AMAZING.  The amenities alone are wonderful, but the unit itself is unreal.  The balcony is where we spent many mornings having coffee (FYI we were unable to find Nespresso pods at any nearby store – this must be something to purchase at a larger supermarket).  The proximity to the beach and restaurants is perfect, we found plenty of extremely tasty food, drinks, corner stores and smiling faces.  We spent our evenings watching amazing sunsets and the whales play (thanks to the set of binoculars!!!).  The rooftop pool was also a major highlight!  We thoroughly enjoyed sunbathing there in the afternoons, not to mention the refreshing drinks that Arturo made us (very reasonably priced as well).  All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience.  One thing to note:  There IS construction directly behind the 105 Sail View condo building.  We were not disturbed by it on the balcony/inside the main area of this unit but it could be heard very well in the bathroom and obviously on the walkway behind.  It was not very noticeable at the rooftop pool.  Closing the door between the bedroom and bathroom shut out the noise and with the AC running every now and then it allowed for an uninterrupted sleep (which, the bed is ALSO super comfy lol).  Thank you Peter and Leo for sharing your lovely space – we had the most memorable time in Mexico.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect locaton

This apartment and the building it’s in are both A+. We’ve stayed in a number of condo buildings in PV, and this is our favorite. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed and comfortable, with strong wifi and beautiful outdoor spaces looking over the sea. The hosts are simply fabulous - easy communication and very friendly. Same with the property manager. We also very much appreciated the staff here - unlike some other buildings in this category in PV, renters are treated respectfully and with genuine care, and all seemed to go out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. This apartment is a fantastic choice. We’ll be back for sure. And if you stay here, you will be too!!
