About this property

Casa Hughes - Gated Beach Community

At Playa Bejuco in the Province of Puntarenas in Costa Rica. This new home is located in a private gated community, with secure access in and out of the community and secure access to and from the beach - 24/7 security.

The community includes a tennis court, basketball courts, children's playgrounds, and picnic areas and a large beautiful Community Pool (see pictures). The home includes off street parking. Across the street from the community is the newly developed Town Center which includes multiple restaurants, a gym, grocery store with American and local products, cigar shop, pharmacy, antique furniture store, coffee shop and many more shops.

Bus access is located right in front of the community. The community is located in a fantastically tourist rich area - where you can access monkey tours, rain forest walks, horseback riding, ATV riding, catamaran tours, and much more.

Great Tico residence

Great spot in a Tico neighborhood, very safe and secure with nice facilities. Would be nice to have ceiling fans, screens on the doors and windows to keep the bugs out and for cross ventilation and maybe a couple of lounge chairs for the patio.
