Romar Place is located at 24038 Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach, AL close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Only 66 condos in our building allows much more room on the beach and in the pools.

Fully equipped kitchen with NEW dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and electric range as well as any small appliance you'll need from blender to electric griddle.

Quality linens are provided at no extra charge, beds are made when you arrive.

Fabulous direct OCEAN front VIEW from second floor CORNER unit. The second floor allows easy access to all amenities should you prefer walking down two short flights of stairs instead of using one of the two elevators.

Minutes away from the area's attractions including, a dozen championship golf courses, outstanding restaurants, huge outlet mall, water parks, amusement parks, mini golf, zoo, movie theaters and many specialty shops. Two hours from Biloxi/Gulfport casinos.

About Diann Richardson

We purchased 206 Romar Place in 1998, had it with rental company for a few months and then decided we could do a much better job on our own. We were right! I have had tremendous success and LOVE managing the unit and getting to know my renters. I am a 'people person' and will work with you in any way I can to make your trip the easiest you've ever planned! I have become friends with many of my renters who return year after year.

We lived in Atlanta, Ga for 27 years before moving to Birmingham, AL in 1997 and had never heard of Orange Beach. In January, 1998 we visited friends at their condo in Orange Beach and fell in love with the area. We immediately began looking for a condo of our own and the moment we walked into 206 Romar Place we knew we had found the condo of our dreams.

I wear many 'hats' - I have been married for 49 years to a wonderful man. I have two sons and daughters in law, and three wonderful grandchildren.

Why Diann Richardson chose Orange Beach

We love the fact that Orange Beach is such a family oriented area. When our boys were growing up we lived in Atlanta and always vacationed in Panama City and Destin until the area became so crowded and over developed. If we had known about Orange Beach - we would have been there! It's a wonderful vacation site for families. Everything is SO laid back and casual and the locals are all so friendly.

Romar Place is located in the heart of Orange Beach close to nice restaurants, groceries, as well as attractions for children.

We were also looking for a low density condo. The fact that there are only 66 units in the complex means less people in the outdoor & indoor pools and on the private beach. When you rent in a building with 100-150 units there are just TOO many people.

What a wonderful condo!! Beautiful new granite in the kitchen and all three bathrooms. And what a view from the huge wrap a round balcony. Diann was so easy to work with. I felt like I had known her for years. We will be back

This my favorite place to vacation. The condo is beautiful and clean and in the best location. My family and I have been going to 206 romar place for at least 10 years now. the owner is one of the nicest people I know. I would say if you don't stay here you are missing out.

Clean, Beautiful Property with Excellent Beach Access

This is the second time our family has stayed in this wonderful place. The access to the beach is quick and easy, and the view from the main balcony is stunning. This is a clean, up-to-date place with a lot of personal touches. Our kids loved the beach themed bedroom and the bright colors. We loved the whole thing. The added benefit is that the owner of this property makes you feel like you are one of the family. It's a true home away from home and you leave wanting to come back.

Best Place to Stay at the Beach

Our family loves staying at Diane's condo at Romar Place. Family drive in from as far away as Texas to stay here, and we enjoy all the conveniences of home while at the beach. The condo is beautifully furnished with annual updates in appliances, mattresses and/or furniture. Nothing is worn or shabby. The corner unit affords wonderful breezes as well as spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets. The second floor unit enables us to walk directly up one flight of stairs, avoiding the elevators. The smaller size of the complex minimizes crowds on the beach, even during peak season. Simply stated, we love staying here and have no desire to look elsewhere for a vacation condo.

We Love This Place!

We spent spring break at Romar Place and once again had a terrific time. This condo has become like a home away from home for us. We go to the beach at least once a year. We stayed at various Phoenixes for year, then the Lighthouse. The big complexes are okay but just going to and from the pool or beach can be a hassle because you walk down a long corridor then wait on a crowded elevator. This unit is steps from both pools and a short stroll to the beach. It's a short flight of stairs so the elevator hassle is non-existent. The room is always clean, impeccably decorated and Diann is the most awesome owner we've ever stayed with. Once you've been with her a few times, you're a "beach bud" and an old friend. Orange Beach has good restaurants and my son's favorite attractions, Fat Daddy's Arcade and Adventure Island, are just down the street. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf. We love starting our beach days with breakfast on the balcony.

Great beach condo

We had four adults and three children and we had plenty of room. Nice furnishings and beds were comfortable. The three bathrooms were wonderful and the huge patio that overlooks the beach is plenty big for everyone. The beach was wonderful and on the one day that we did have rain, the indoor pool kept us occupied. The washer and dryer were a huge plus so I didn't have to go home to a mountain of laundry, plus you can pack lighter and wash during the week. We had a wonderful week making priceless memories!!! Very nice condo with a nice price!!!
